So extremely disappointed . I was excited to get my meal based off of the pics and hype from the previous reviews and feel so lied to. The quality, presentation and taste of my food was less than to be desired for almost $50. The salad was wilted, soggy tomatoes, browning avocados and a sad container of dressing plopped down in the center of my food. The steak was bland and hard while the vegetables underneath it was overcooked and just like warm. I did enjoy my $9 smoothie… however, the entire experience was so underwhelming I couldn’t even tell you what kind of smoothie it was. Totally wish I could go back in time and make a more epic food decision…sad day…

Sancocho soup to die for ,if you love a chunky soup here you go. The avocado chicken toast is awesome yummy .
Pumpkin pie shake is good. Carmel Apple crepe is absolutely delicious.

Eat and Evolve has quickly become my go-to place if I’m looking for a fresh, clean meal made with simple ingredients. The portions are large, and are sure to fill me up! The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about the items I’ve tried here, but the steak bowl is my absolute favorite. Thank you to the Eat and Evolve family for providing Peoria with an extensive menu of healthy options everyone is sure to enjoy!

Update/2nd Review: The Eat and Evolve team’s service continues to be among the best in the area. Isabella was extremely helpful and adjusted my requested modifications.

I love the steak bowl, but today I branched out and tried the turkey taco bowl recommended by Preeti. It’s going to be hard to choose between the two moving forward!

I got the turkey chili and a pumpkin muffin. Both were delicious! I love that they have so many gluten free meal and dessert options. My husband got the southwest chicken bowl and he loved it. The chicken and asparagus were cooked perfect!
Aside from the food, the restaurant was clean, bright, and had an overall nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions. Definitely coming back to try more!

I actually ordered via Uber Eats but I am giving 5 stars across the board because I love this place so much. I ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl, sweet potato fries and avocado brownie. The bowl was big enough for dinner and lunch the next day, the fries were steaming hot and delish and the brownie hit the spot. It’s extremely difficult to find healthy, gluten free food that tastes amazing at a restaurant. EatandEvolve does it perfectly. And they support and fund the work of EP!C and Ronald McDonald House. You will not be disappointed! I will be a repeat customer and with the vast menu options I can’t wait to try it all.

A good healthy place in Peoria. The menu is decent. But some of the flavors are not upto my linking. Especially the cauliflower rice with turmeric (it was too much turmeric). The salmon had a good taste but that’s all. The soup was also good. But I was not a big fan. Overall a decent clean place with healthy food options.

Yum. I wanted to find somewhere delicious and fresh on my way to the dentist that had outdoor seating. This place FAR exceeded my expectations. I ordered the black coffee and the Natalie’s beet orange juice and was also offered the lemon infused ice water. All were AMAZING. We also had the delicious salmon and cream cheese toast and the chicken pesto omelette with sweet potatoes. Everything tasted clean, hot and fresh. Both meals come with a salad, and we ordered both the sweet and the savory salad options and both were great. This is my new favorite pace and will keep coming back to try everything.

This was our first time trying the Eat and Evolve Bistro. It’s a cute little lunch restaurant with healthy food! My husband and I both got the taco bowl…it was tasty and I didn’t have any allergic reactions from the food! Highly recommend!

I love this place for gluten free and vegan food. This is my favorite restaurant for safe gluten free food. I have Celiac disease and my boyfriend is vegan. My body always feels good after I eat here (which is hard for me to come by). I got the southwest savory crepe, which came with a salad (not pictured), and a lemon muffin (pictured). I also attached a picture of my sister’s peanut butter banana sweet crepe. They forgot to give me my lemon muffin at first, otherwise they have great service.

Decided to try this place and we were not disappointed! I had a cob salad and my wife had a meatless falafel bowl. Both were fresh, ample portions and nd tasty! Ordered at counter and meal was brought to our table. Patrick checked on our satisfaction and answered all our questions! EatandEvolve is now another great option for healthier eating.
