This was my first time at this location, as I’ve always gone to the ones in NC, where I lived. The building isn’t large as what I’m accustomed to, but it was clean and tidy. Since I’m such a stickler for being greeted upon entering an establishment, it made me happy to be greeted by the young lady who was there today. When I walked up to the counter to order my smoothie, I was greeted by Abdullah. He was very professional and pleasant. He took my order and thanked me for coming in. I ordered my favorite smoothie, which is the Lemon Twist Strawberry. It was very good, and next time I’m in Towson, I’ll definitely stop in.

This used to be run by cool people but ever since they not new management the past few months the service has gotten more and more terrible. The staff very clearly does not care for black people. They will speak in another language in front of you and think you dont understand that they are talking about you. The last time I went I placed a mobile order 15 min before I got there so it could be ready. I will give it to them that there was about 5 people waiting so I waited with them just to have everyone else served and it take them another 5 minutes to even realize they never made my order. Do not recommend if you care about your time being wasted.

I was the only customer. I Walked in was not greeted , employees were having a loud conversation amongst each other even though they was right next to each other. It did not stop when I got to the counter. I stood in from of them ready to order. No one told me “hello what can I get you?” As I waited for my smoothie a white woman walked in & was told “Welcome in”. I didn’t like the discrimination because I am a black female. The smoothie was good but customer service was nonexistent!!! Would never patronize this location again

I Love this Smoothie King location. The new owner has really turned this store around. The customer service and quality of their smoothies is much better under Amir’s leadership. You are greeted and served with a smile and that makes a huge difference!

Great place to stop by for a healthy lunch during the workday. Maryam and Ajay are polite, professional and get me in and out quickly. Good location. There’s a spot to sit and eat if needed but it’s mostly takeout.

This location is the best because, of its friendly atmosphere and wonderful management. The service from the guy associate this morning was unpleasing . He was very rude and unprofessional. When asking him if they had cup carriers for my drinks he decided to yell to come to the other end . When I went to say to him that I was just asking because it was my first visit he proceeded to yell more aggressively! Not what people should have to deal with early in the morning ! He needs to fix his attitude and customer service ‼️
