Our first time. We ordered a single cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburgers were a bit salty. The fries were just lukewarm. Overall it was ok but not as good as Five Guys accross the street. Not sure we’ll be back.

Stopped today for the first time. The burgers were absolutely delicious, as expected. The regular chocolate shake was very chocolatey which I dig, but it was too much for my daughter.

Food took longer than expected, but it was not ridiculous.
Again, the burger was great. Absolutely delicious, not overly greasy, and I was happy the bun didn’t have seeds. Simplicity rules the day.
Crinkle fries were OK, onion rings good. My wife liked her chicken sandwich, my sing said he would not get the chicken twnders next time.
Price-wise I guess it’s on par with competition, but damn! $80 for 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, 1 order of fries, 1 order of onion rings, 3 regular shakes, and a fountain drink (including tip) seems €x¢€$$iv€.

Food was very good and fresh tasting. You could really tell they used quality ingredients. Overall I enjoyed the food. Only thing that really kept me from giving it the full 5 starts was the price. Two drinks, one fry, a single patty cheeseburger, and a shack burger (2 patties) was close to $26. I tipped too since the staff was doing quite a bit of work: cleaning tables, getting food delivered to the tables,etc. In all my bill was $30 something. I ordered on a touch screen and there was no wait staff. They run the food out to you like at Chick-fil-A. Will I go back? Eventually, but too pricey to be a weekly or daily meal.

Expect great food, quick and fast service and love that they have the free waters.

Not great but not terrible either. The fries could have been better but the burger and chicken bites were pretty good! It’s also little pricey as well! Paid $38.00 for two people!

Let me start off by saying that the food was incredible. It was fresh and delicious and steaming hot. The soda was atrocious. It was like drinking brown sweat water. It was actually somewhat savory instead of being sweet as it should be. I couldn’t do anything about it because we picked up our order and live over 30 minutes away. Everything else was good, but bad soda ruins everything for me every time.

I placed a pretty large order at Shake Shack—six different sandwiches, two orders of fries, and some other items—and I have to say, I was beyond impressed. Even though the restaurant was busy, my food came out quickly, and everything was perfectly prepared and piping hot. The staff handled the rush with ease and were super friendly.
The quality of the food was amazing, as always. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and the fries were crispy and flavorful. Shake Shack never disappoints! This location has a fantastic vibe, great service, and incredible food. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch burger experience!

First time at a Shake Shack on a Sunday afternoon. Aiden was super helpful, friendly and kind as we placed our order for indoor dining. The burgers were fresh, hot and juicy. The onion rings and loaded fries were very good as were the chocolate milkshakes. The restaurant was clean and orderly, the employees were friendly. We enjoyed our meal, would recommend and will go back.

I stopped in yesterday afternoon and had the worst experience. My husband and I ordered two burgers, one fry, and one shake at 2:11. We weren’t brought the food until 2:40 and the burgers were cold. The lady told us that they were still waiting for our shake and they would bring it right out. At 3:00, FIFTY MINUTES after ordering, we still did not get the one singular shake we ordered. I finally had to flag someone down from the kitchen and tell them what was going on and they just pulled one out of the freezer and handed it to me. I don’t know what was going on but the service was absolutely awful and I will not be going back.

The tipping screen had no explanation. The cashier had to explain the functions of the unmarked buttons twice. I wasn’t sure i left a tip until I saw the receipt. Ridiculous. Why no plates? Having to set the burger down repeatedly on a little sandwich bag, ridiculous. The two tomato slices on my burger were thin and literally each an inch in diameter. Ridiculous.
