Homeless people outside. The cook is the back is very rude, doesnt know how to speak to customers. Zero customer service. Check your order before leaving, they usually miss something.

The main dude in front named Marcus, tall guy, went above and beyond helping me with my payment. I wasnt able to tap to pay and he did everything in his power to help me continuously, until he actually paid for jt and I sent payment straight to him!!!! ( this was of course verified over the phone with his boss)

The touch screen for one of the warmer units is broke, but of course that’s the one they’re using to load orders into. So you have to get in line and ask them to get it for you, which really defeats the purpose of having the code. Make it make sense. They also consistently poorly slice the pizzas – the last time they weren’t even sliced all the way through. This location is still WAY better than the one on Garth near Aldi though.

I love Little Caesar’s pizza but this is location is one of the worst I’ve been to. The establishment itself needs A LOT of cleaning and repairs. It looks like it’s falling apart. The service is very bare minimum, you can tell the employees are just there to get their time and go. No greeting, nada. They’ll see a long and walk off to the back no warning. I ordered my pizza online and the ready time showed 6:39pm. I walk in around 6:35pm to pay and pick up. The young man did not greet me I just spoke up and said”picking up for Tiffany.” He told me the amount due, I paid. He walked off without a word. Comes back maybe 3, 4 minutes later and says. Your pizza is in the oven, it’ll be about 15 more minutes. So as I’m walking out to sit in my truck. Another customer says”girl I ordered mine 45 mins ago. It is clear whoever is the owner of this location does not make any visits to check up on the establishment. They need to do better..

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location. I chose this establishment because it’s a local business close to my home.
When I arrived four hours before closing, an employee at the window informed me they were no longer taking orders. Her stated reason was that she was tired, and she asked me to go somewhere else.
I believe this behavior is unprofessional and does not align with a commitment to customer service. I will continue to buy pizza here i just hope something is done with the after hour services

Actually the WORST little Caesars I’ve ever gone too. I frequent little Caesars for pizza on a budget, and yet I’ve never seen it so horrible as here. Food is late and cold. I had to settle for the wrong order JUST to be curtious to the NINE other people waiting for their order. Cashier was rude and unprofessional. Honestly a black spot on the little Caesars name and I will not return here again.

Not enough people working ac wasn’t working for employees dude was sweating all over everyone’s pizza. Food is what I expected great when I was younger but not any more. Who ever was on the phone asked me “do you wanted jalapeno” I told them no I didn’t know my fantastic 4 pizza came with it so they removed them. So I got the fantastic 3. I thought they were trying to add extra toppings.
