So I have to hand it to this location, hands down the best service around for pizza period. The place is clean, energetic and the managers and staff are awesome. They take the time out to make you the priority and your food amazing and that’s what it is all about in my book. Shout out to Austin, Danielle and their team for an always amazing experience. Anyone looking for a great and affordable pizza give these guys a chance. You won’t regret it. Mike and Leslie.

On August 1, 2025, I placed an order through the phone. My order was a large or medium pepperoni pizza with A side of wings. While I was on the phone placing my order, the employee asked for my location. I gave him my street address and my credit card information. The order was placed. 40 minutes later, I get a call from a lady that works at Papa John’s saying that she was at Wendy’s, a place similar to my Street address. I then proceed to tell her that she is at the wrong address. I give her my correct address and she says that she cannot deliver pizza to the address where I live. She then says are you near Ayers Road, I say yes, I’m like 500 feet away from Ayer’s road. She then Says hold on let me call my manager. I was like OK.
Five minutes later, I call her and she says she cannot deliver my food and that I will get a refund. After we finished talking on the phone, I go on to call Papa John’s, she ends up answering the phone, And if I remember correctly, she said that she was the general manager at that Papa John’s. (Was she really the manager?) To conclude the story, she said that I will get my refund and I am waiting for my refund. (As you can see I have no food.) Horrible customer service.

Kind of hard to have an atmosphere when you don’t have literally a dining room or a place to sit. Lol outside of that Papa John’s as one of the best pizzas I think alive

“Id give 0 stars if i could but thats not possible so i give you a 1” today me and my boyfriend ordered pizza from here and his pizza was fine except it being thin.
My pizza on the other hand looked like they let a toddler make it the pizza was super thin and i asked for light cheese like i usually do but their was hardly any cheese on it this time and it was also burnt in the end and i just really couldnt eat it. So we called the store to inform them with respect and immediately the store manager got so defensive not even trying to hear our complaints we realized he wasnt going to be any kind of helpful and just hungup but heres that pizza

I was surprised after reading some of the reviews because the food was great! We walked in last night and ordered one large pizza and bread sticks. It was prepared faster than expected and the customer service was great. Also, the restaurant was clean and well maintained.

The Shaq-a-Roni pizza from Papa John’s was “OK” we were a bit disappointed as there was not lots of pepperoni on the pizza when compared to another pizza place, their pretzel pizza had tons of pepperoni. So yeah, we were disappointed. But the crunch on crust was good and the garlic dipping butter. Rated: ⭐⭐⭐

Ordered through Instacart. These are hand tossed pizzas…look more like thin. Pizzadilla is burned, and these don’t look like medium looks more like Small. Messaged Instacart and only credit is offered. Called the store and they cant help either with third party. What a waste of $40
