The presentation of the pizza is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. The pizza is not even cut into slices. I just moved and don’t have any utensils to cut it myself. The box is soaked in grease, making the whole thing absolutely disgusting. Additionally, I ordered a Diet Pepsi and received a regular Pepsi instead. I demand a full refund as I feel completely ripped off. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a double white sauce pizza with light red sauce from Marco’s. When I got it there was no white sauce on the pizza. When I called to speak with the staff there about this mistake the manager was very rude and stated that she made the pizza herself and would not refund me since she put white sauce on it. It’s not the mistake, it’s the lying and refusing to refund or give me anything. As you can see, there is clearly no white sauce on my pizza. Customer service goes a long way.

Usually my pizza order is awesome. I wish I could say the same this time. I ordered a LRG with “the works” which usually has the meats and veggies cooked together IN the cheese and sauce. Instead, what I recieved was what looks like a pepperoni pizza that someone ordered and did not pick up that they decided to just throw the extra toppings on top of and send it out the door. Needless to say I may not be ordering from this location again or I’ll just save the extra money and order a pepperoni pizza and throw a salad on it at home.

Ordered online but when I arrived they said they didn’t get the order so I ordered again. Then I realized the first order did go through when I saw I was charged for both. They said they’d refund one over the phone but never did.

I’m really disappointed. I’ve been ordering from this location, just half a mile from my home, three times a week—so much so that the delivery driver knows my name! Tonight, when I tried to place my usual order, the lady informed me that they wouldn’t deliver because my total was under $12.99. I explained that my order came to $17, including the delivery fee. It just doesn’t make sense to charge a delivery fee and then refuse to deliver. I usually tip the driver $7 to $10, as he’s always so pleasant. It’s a real shame—I’ve been a loyal customer.
