Low rating due to this store being understaffed. The owner needs to step it up and serve the community appropriately. The poor girls were working their butt off and apologizing for the wait. One gal was trying to call someone in but in the meantime there were 8 people waiting and 3 walked out because of the wait. Both girls were making pizzas and so people had to wait if the walked in to order. I ordered online and my pizza was suppose to be ready at 4:15 but I didn’t get it until 4:35. I told the girls it was ok because they were working hard. I blame the management and owner for understaffing during prime order hours. They certainly can afford building a new store across the street, so hire another person to be a cashier and restock supplies for those making the pizzas.

We ordered regular crust. Our pizzas had thin crust. We do not like think crust. We were disappointed in the toppings. Hardly any pepperoni and salami slices. The sausage was fine ground and not the chunk pieces of sausage. Perhaps they put ground beef instead of sausage on the pizza. This is not the first time we have been disappointed with the pizza purchased at the Toppenish location

I am always satisfied with papa murphys pizzerias. I usually order in person and every time I purchase pizza, it is fast and the employees are always kind. I recommend this pizzeria to anyone craving a fresh pizza. Two thumbs up.

I ordered 4 pizzas online. I got the message back that it had been received and would be ready to pick up at 3:10 in the drive- thru. 4:10 my son goes to pick up the pizza. Surprise, they aren’t ready. Had to wait 20 minute’s for them to be made. They weren’t busy so that excuse isn’t going to work. When he got there he rang the bell . No one came. He rang it again. Still no one. The gal in there was too busy on her phone. Finally he had to knock on the window to get their attention. When he mentioned that the bell must not work she just sarcastically laughed. While getting his order , another customer came in. Instead of telling the other customer that she would be right with him , she stopped and helped the new customer. We finally got our pizzas over an hour after ordering them. Not impressed.

Got told to pick up my items within 40min from the time I called. Spoke with a female worker I made sure I was hearing the wait time correctly and I repeated it to her and she said YES THAT IS CORRECT. I show up 7min after they closed (mind you I didnt know the time they closed and didnt think to much about it considering I’m getting the wait time by an employee) because that where the 40min mark was and doors were locked and everyone was gone. Absolutely horrible service by her why would you give a wait time that lands after closing????

They take into consideration for people with Celiac disease all u have to do is let them know and they grab all veggies from the back due to cross contamination gluten wise in the front. They touch the dough and grab the veggies. So it is incredibly kind that they do that ppl with Celiac cannot have any type of cross contamination or in 2 to 4 hrs we start feeling sick. They take food safety seriously. I love this place I can actually enjoy pizza when I want too!

I understand you guys wanna go home but when there is 30 minutes left and you’re giving me attitude because I’m trying to make an order through the phone is not professional! The female employee had 1 customer waiting for his order. She asked if I was picking up an order I said no. I asked if I could place an order she said it would about 20 to 30 minutes. I was going to wait and she told me to wait out side. I said excuse me I have to wait outside because there was a customer waiting to pickup his order. She wouldn’t let me place an order. I told her I have never been treated so rudely. I told her the old manager never treated me like that. I had a face mask on. I have walked in last week and was able to purchase a pizza and wait with 2 other customers to pick up my order. I left with out placing my order and headed to Pizza
Hut to place my order. I will advise family and friends to not get any pizza from this location.
