I was not impressed with the quantity of the turkey and bacon in my sandwich. In fact it was pathetic. I paid over $23 with tax for their giant size club sandwich. Club Lu Lu #16. They gave me the sandwich cut in half. I will not be back.

On December 13, 2025, at approximately 8:45 PM, my family and I walked into the Jimmy John’s by the mall intending to purchase four sandwiches for dinner. We were turned away and refused service, despite the store still being open for another 15 minutes.
The staff told us they had not seen a customer in the last 30 minutes and did not feel like making sandwiches. As a result, our family was sent away with no food.
I understand closing procedures, but refusing service while still open — especially over a standard order — is unacceptable. If the posted hours say you’re open, customers should be served until closing time.
I’m not sure if these reviews are monitored, but I will be calling the manager on Monday, as this experience does not reflect appropriate customer service or company standards.

went to this location 25 mins before closing and the guy working there gave me a dirty look when I came in and my wrap barely had anything on it he charged me for bacon and didn’t put any on, just save your time and money and go to the Jimmy Johns on north

The girl was rude and they gave me the wrong thing the first time around so I went back in and they messed up my order again, unfortunately I was already at home by this point.

HORRIBLE Experience. I placed an order for delivery. After about 1 1/2 hours I called to check on my order. The response was “It’s out for delivery, it should be there in 20 minutes or so.” I expressed that I was somewhat frustrated because I had placed the order an hour and a half ago and it might still be another 20 minutes before I got my food.” The manager’s response was “I’m sorry, I’ve been dealing with this all day.” And that was it.
About 10 minutes later the order arrived. The driver was short and snappy. The order ended up missing one of the sandwiches. I called the store back and told the manager our order was missing a sandwich, his response was “Well do you even want us to send you another one or what?” I told him no, at this point, I would like a refund. I placed my order almost 2 hours prior, and when it finally showed up it didn’t even have all of my food. His response was a short “Ok we’ll do that” and hung up the phone.
I understand having a busy day and an order taking a little extra time for delivery. 2 hours is a LOT of extra time. The lack of accountability and response from manager was just poor customer service and I didn’t even get my sandwich…

Ordered togo pickup because I have limited time for my lunch break and half of my combo was missing (chips and cookie). Shame on me for not checking, but they stapled the bag shut and I don’t have time to go drive back and ask for missing items. I expect it to be right the first time. The sandwich was good at least.

Service has become slow, attention to orders not there any more. When ordering extra of anything just seems they charge for it and don’t add any. Use to love JJ but now it’s just subway with wheels. Ordinary subs with low customer service.
Update tried giving another chance over an hour for deliver a mile away. Excuses of drivers calling out. That excuse doesn’t work anymore. Jimmy johns slogan shouldn’t be freaky fast anymore. Super slow and excuses to get us by.

We love Jimmy John’s but this location is very hit-or-miss. Sometimes the service is great and you get your order delivered within a normal timeframe (Jimmy John’s promises to be “Freaky Fast”). Other times, though, it’s pretty bad. Won’t receive your order for an hour, only to find out it’s made wrong, then the manager is reluctant to really do anything. That happens 3 or 4 times and the staff start thinking you’re the problem, when really you just wanted your order made correctly and delivered within the timeframe they promised so you can enjoy your lunch break. If I knew I was going to have to wait an hour I’d order something better than a sandwich. I rarely write reviews of any kind, but it’s happened enough with this location over the last 2 years that I figured it’s worth sharing so customers know what they’re getting into before they buy. There are plenty of wonderful staff members and, like I said, sometimes it’s a wonderful experience. Just not sure it’s worth taking a chance if you’re working with time constraints.
