An excellent and cosy Thai restaurant in the heart of Geneva. Simple and well appointed as far as decor and the food is simply excellent. They customize spice levels to your request and the serving sizes are generous. Among the top Thai places I have been too.

Still our favorite Thai restaurant in the Fox Valley area after residing in the FV for 20+ years! The decor has been updated and has a much tidier look than in past years and the menu has been expanded a bit too. It remains a small-spaced, BYOB eat-in/take out restaurant with excellent food. The service is fast, attentive and gracious. Their food is authentic, tasty and comes to the table steaming hot, very quickly and spiced (heat) to your liking. If you like fried rice–TRY the newly added pineapple fried rice…it is Delicious! The rice is perfectly cooked and neither mushy nor pasty dry (which has been the case at every other Thai restaurant that I’ve tried this dish). Pics attached from our most recent visit are Pineapple Fried Rice, Tom Kha soup and the Spring Roll appetizer. There is a slight issue regarding the front door entrance during Wintertime only. Being right off the street, it gives your legs a blast of cold air every time the door is accessed no matter where you sit in the restaurant. It would be great if they could place one of those above the door heated blower units which activate when the door gets opened to keep the small eat-in space pleasantly warm. This should not discourage customers from eating in because the food and service is wonderful. They also do a brisk take away business, so give them a try. Eat-in or take-out, you will NOT be disappointed!

We have been enjoying Thai food at Bangkok for almost 30 years! The quality has been consistent and portions are generous. My husband is happy that when he orders very, very spicy, that is how it arrives! I prefer a bit of spice and they always get that right, too. We’ve tried other area Thai restaurants, but keep coming back to Bangkok Restaurant in Geneva. We tried the online order system and it worked perfectly.

Came here on a whim because it was close to where I was heading. Ordered a couple favorites of ours and one that just sounded great. I dont want to say what we Ordered because if you just read the descriptions and pick what sounds good you will be very happy. We will definitely be going back.

We biked Fox River Trail one November afternoon and decided to stop for a lunch. Bangkok was a great choice. Delicious Thai food and a friendly service. Convieniently located in downtown Geneva close to the river and the bike trail. Highly recommend.

Love love love the Thai food here. It is amazing staff is wonderful they always make my food extra spicy just like I love it and not spicy for my kiddos definitely a must try place. My favorite dishes are #46& #49 also the pahd Thai noodle dish is a favorite for even picky eaters.

My only special request was to have the chicken separate from the sauce in the Hawaiian chicken dish. I ordered about 30 minutes in advance, when I arrived the man told me it was five more minutes. It was actually 10. When he walked out with my bag, he said “she” didn’t see the special request. I told him my chicken will be soggy. He asked if I wanted it remade but I did not want to wait another 40 minutes. This is my last time trying this restaurant. I don’t know how they have been in business for so long. The restaurant was empty at the time.
