I’m giving this Subway two stars only because of the service I received from Sarai. She was incredibly polite, patient, and handled my order very well. It’s honestly unfortunate that the owners can’t seem to schedule or hire additional staff. Sarai was running the entire store by herself — taking online orders, in-person orders, AND answering the phone at the same time.
She did the job of multiple people and still kept a great attitude. She deserves recognition and a raise, because most employees wouldn’t handle that situation nearly as well. The management definitely needs to step up and support their workers better.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The lady was super rude and didn’t want us to add anything EXTRA to our sandwiches. She literally would cut us off while speaking. Very rude and unprofessional!! Do yourself a favor and go to another Subway!! Idk what was wrong with this lady, but she shouldn’t be treating clients like this. Idk her name, but she has a tattoo behind her ear, black hair, & very RUDE!!
