Something here must of changed based on other’s reviews that I read before writing mine. My visit experience tonight may be isolated to just the crew having a “good night”. So a fair review is warranted. In transparency, I owned a Little Caesars Franchise in FL. and this was the first time I’ve been back inside a Little Caesars since I sold my store. That was almost a year ago. I swore I would never eat a Little Caesars pizza again (I ate pizza everyday for almost three years) so I had my fill. Anyway the service I received at this store was exactly how I ran my store and was exceptional. They did everything I used to do. The basics: I was greeted and welcomed, the pizza was ready (on-time) and accurate, portions were per-cup size, and the pizza was kept warm in the Cres-cor, and on top of that I was offered a complimentary Crazy Combo because I must of came across as a grateful customer. I never mentioned I was a former LC Franchise owner, so this was just genuine great customer service. I don’t know the name of the man who appeared to be a shift manager because he was training a new employee it seemed. If this is their normal level of service then great job! Try your best to keep it up. It’s not easy! To the ownership I say, good luck and treat your people right!

It took a little longer than we wanted to wait on our deep dish pizza and cheese sticks to get finished, but it was good. Sad that I had to wait 20 minutes for something that was supposed to be hot and ready. The worker that night was friendly though, so no complaints on customer service.

While the $5 hot and ready is a great deal, this location never has them ready. But I will say they have them in less than five minutes. My other issue is they never offer napkins or toppings . I guess I should go in and ask instead of sending the hubby though. Lol
They are the most delicious pepperoni pizza’s I have ever had though.

Went inside to order . Girl behind counter said they had to make part of the order fresh. Asked what car I was in and said she would bring my order to me . 15 minutes later still no food. Went inside and it was sitting cold on the counter . Not even an apology. I probably won’t go back .

The last 2 times my family has went to the winfield location they refused service. Tonight was the final straw. We went at 935 and they refused to cook our order. We only wanted 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. The lady was rude. She said we only have 2 people working. Do not recommend this restaurant. Save your money and aggravation. It’s summer time we eat late. Guess some other business will get our business.

Called our order in ahead sit in line at least 20.minutes after waiting 20 min at least to get it .didn’t complain a bit but I asked for 2 cups of garlic butter sauce he told me that would be 2.18 ! To which I replied are u serious after the wait we just waited and didn’t complain a bit .until he said he couldn’t give me 2 litte cups of sauce for 40 min wait time for a pizza .that is ridiculous as long as we had to wait for our food and couldn’t give us 2 little cups of sauce guys name was Jamie r.thats not how u treat customers that have been nice and patient !!

I did a mobile order at 8:00, came to pick the pizza up at 8:20, was told to drive around and they will bring it out to me. It’s currently 9:05 and I HAVE YET TO GET MY PIZZA!!! i’ve been sitting here for 45 MINUTES WAITING ON A PIZZA!! the service here is awful and the wait time is RIDICULOUS! I believe the workers forgot about my pizza THAT I PAID FOR!
