Went there yesterday and they were out of white bread so had to turn around.
Today we ordered their chicken subs and #6 . Food was warm and made to order.

My work got the boxed lunches for everyone. Not only did they make and deliver over 30 minutes early I found a bug in my sandwich on the lettuce. Disgusting. This just shows they don’t properly wash their vegetables before cutting and serving which is a food safety violation. I’ve worked in kitchens and food service industry for years and never had this happen.

Make sure if you go through the drive-through you ask for no ice because they will rip you off by filling it almost to the top with ice. I got about 3-4 sips before it was empty. You have to wonder about the people that work there if they can’t even put ice in a cup correctly.

I ordered a simple sandwich and drink from this place through door dash. They said it was completed 15 minutes after we placed the order with it no where to be found. Had to call the store to be told the driver was about to leave with it and he did not show up for another 20 minutes. When he finally got here, I got my sandwich but no drink. It was non refundable. When I called the store for a refund, all I could get was a store credit. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Upon delivery to a location 1.5 miles from where the food was ordered I was asked immediately for a tip before food was handed to me. Hey, I get it. I was a bartender for many years – which is why I get it. I already paid a delivery fee for the convenience of ordering and fully planned to hand the deliverer cash upon delivery. To try and hold my order hostage until you receive a tip? Weird and rude. A tip that is not required but is to be given as an appreciation…. well, I guess I will be ordering from only Jersey Mikes from now on. Goodbye Jimmy.

1.5 yrs ago I gave a 5 star review saying Jimmy John’s had a fast delivery service. Food was always good. It’s changed. I placed an order today at 10:49 am and it was just delivered at 12:02 pm. This is the 3rd time that a sandwich I have ordered has been delivered late. I’ve been trying it every few months to see if the service has gotten better. It has not. I probably won’t waste my time anymore.

I have two experiences here. The first we ordered delivery. Jimmy John’s prides themselves on “freaky fast” delivery. We waited over an hour, called the store 3 times to find out where our order was and each time they had no idea where the delivery driver was with the order. We were assured that the $40 we already paid, would be refunded and it never was.
The second experience, we decided to go to the store and order, since delivery worked out so poorly. Again we faced disappointment. I could not believe how slow they made sandwiches. Most Jimmy Johns, your food is ready and waiting after you pay. Here I waited over 20 minutes and I was the only customer! Usually something like this would not bother me, but Jimmy Johns is a very fast paced restaurant and this establishment drops the ball in every way. The manager needs to do some serious training and possibly rehiring, to even come close to what this chain is supposed to embody.
If you have a bad experience here, please know that this is not what Jimmy Johns is all about! Give a different location a chance.
