Ordered online, 2 sandwiches, side, and a drink. Delivered missing the side which they replace, then noticed the Cajun chicken sandwich had no meat.
They are supposed to remake and provide again. I would feel bad about them making 3 trips for 1 delivery but I couldn’t really change the results here
After a call from the manager arguing that I should come pick it up because they already had to make a trip to fix their mistakes, a replacement sandwich less than half the size showed up without cheese, tomato, or hot peppers.

I ordered delivery & it didn’t show up despite the app saying it was delivered. I called the store and they just kept telling me to wait longer and call back. On my 3rd call I was so annoyed I asked for a refund. Of course it’s 5 business days before you get a refund. This isn’t the first time. They have forgotten items in my order before and another time left my order on someone else’s doorstep near me. I looked around and no such luck this time. I’m done ordering delivery from these folks.

This place never ceases to amaze me with how horrible their service has become. I can never rely on them to be on time with my order even though I place my order a couple hours ahead. I asked for napkins and for my sandwich to be cut in half, wich was not done. I used to love ordering from you guys and now I order maybe once I year because of your unreliable service. Please go back to using your own delivery drivers!!!

Won’t go back to this store for sure… not sure about others.
First, counter guy taking orders and money and then without changing his gloves, started making sandwiches for other customers. When he got to my order before he handled the food, I asked him to change is gloves since he was handling money and didn’t wash his hands or change gloves before switching to making sandwiches…. he looked pissed when I asked, and the look on the other customers faces was priceless that just picked up their orders he handled.
Second, $13 bucks for bread, four pickles a slice of ham and a slice of cheese…sorry your food just isn’t that good.

Delivered two sandwiches with burnt, hard, and inedible bread. And one had lettuce added that I didn’t specify. Called store to report and the gentleman who answered argued with me for near 10 minutes about how he didn’t believe that the bread was actually burnt (after putting me on hold to, apparently, check his bread stock). I told him it was inedible and he straight up asked me “how is it inedible?” After offering to physically show him the bread, he offered to send a new sandwich for the lettuce mistake. Still insisting that he “found the burnt-ness hard to believe.”
I’m not even mad about the sandwich, but I am bewildered by the service.
The last few times before this we had any issues with the order, the manager was extremely helpful in remedying any problems we had, including running new sandwiches directly over. So not sure what happened to the service level, but it’s decreased significantly since the past year or two.

They made me a cheese sandwich today when I ordered in number 12. When I called corporate all they did was gave me a free small regular sandwich. I will never go back.

It’s Jimmy John’s, it doesn’t do anything special. This one is far from being fast though and their fountain drink machine has been down for months. Ordering online doesn’t seem to help either as this particular store prioritizes walk-ins over online orders, even if you place it way ahead time with a specific pick-up time. I still enjoy the food, hence the 4 stars in that part, but as a food service business, it fails.
Edit: I should have included this in my initial review. I contacted JJ to share my feedback, and they responded quickly and professionally. They also offered compensation for my unsatisfactory experience. I plan to give this store another opportunity in the future. I still appreciate the food and have no complaints in that regard.

Absolutely terrible experience every time I order here. 3 times in a row, the sandwiches were not made correctly, missing multiple toppings. Delivery Orders have taken more than an hour even though I live 5 minutes away. This jimmy johns location is a real disappointment.

Staff seem to have problems with every pick up order placed. They give the wrong order all together. I pay a bit extra for the sandwich I want, yet they give me a sandwich with different meat and the cost is less to what I’ve paid. You’re lucky if they actually following the request on your online order. Also they don’t notify you when the sandwiches are ready, regardless of opting for the notifications. Staff are becoming more and more sub parr. Skipping out on providing chips in your bag and tell you to grab them yourself. They have a pick up order shelf, but withhold it behind the counter. Not sure who runs this branch… But this is getting out of hand.

Was advised when I showed up my food would be 10-15 minutes, took 25 minutes. The individual at the front counter seemed very overwhelmed and was extremely short and rude during the ordering process. Multiple customers in the store were upset that no names were taken for orders and once the food was made sat for upto 5 minutes before they were called out which just included the menu number. The bread was almost rock hard and wasnt eatable.
