Easy to access right off 96 and Bay Area. Plenty of parking on site, nice bar area with TVs for sporting events, and plenty of tables/booths if the bar isn’t your thing. Ordered the Deep dish big apple, pesto chicken Detroit style pizza w/o , truffle fries, and garlic bites. Pizza and fries were phenomenal! The garlic bites lacked flavor in my opinion and could use more garlic or possible some cheese inside of them? Atmosphere was great, beer selection is top notch (Yuengling on tap!). If you want great pizza and live in Galveston county THIS IS YOUR SPOT!! We will definitely dine in again and bring family with us! PS we reheated the leftover pizza in a cast iron skillet and it was just as good if not better the next day! Quality is their recipe here. I was impressed.

Great venue featuring a bar and table service. I ove the tribute to our Armed Forces folks Went during lunch, vibe was busy yet incredibly chill. Had the shaved Brussels sprout salad anc pizza. Both were excellent. The bartender, Maddie, said she was new but she had terrific knowledge the many beers and wines they offer. She was a joy to speak with and nailed three awesome beer recommendations.

Great place to eat. Craft beers. Pizza is 12/10. Been here 3x for pizza tried the Chicago deep dish and wow! Burger 9/10. Muffuletta could use some work, the bread wasn’t great and needs more meat. Service is always great and the patio is nice to sit out and drink a brew

I came here for the Happy Hour half off discount that was advertised on their Facebook. When I arrived, I was able to seated immediately at the bar. I was greeted at the bar by the waitress/bartender (who was very nice) and was asked if I wanted a drink. What I asked for was not available even though both their Untappd beer menu and their physical tap list said it was still available. I shrugged it off and got another beer but, was still disappointed.

Afterwards, I made my choice of The Big Apple pizza since it was on the 13′ pizza section of the menu since that’s what qualified for the Happy Hour discount. After my food came out, to my surprise, it came out as a deep dish. I blurted out that I thought it only came out as a 13′. She asked, “You didn’t want a deep dish?” I wanted to say to her, “Of course I wouldn’t want a deep dish. Why get the deep dish when the 13′ option is half off?!”

I told her it fine, it was my bad for not emphasizing I wanted a 13′ but, she really could asked to make sure I wanted a deep dish. I ate the pizza, it was delicious, and I paid up afterwards. On my check, they were nice enough to comp my beer but, my check would have been even cheaper if I’d been able to get the half off pizza. I won’t stop coming to Rotolo’s but, I’ll make it a point to verify with the wait staff that what I’m ordering is correct so I don’t get screwed out of a discount again.

I went to Rotolo’s last night to try it out as I had heard some good things about it. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and size of the servings but a little shocked at the cost. I tried the bread sticks and it was more like eating a cheese pizza and it was delicious. The dipping sauce was good and tasted homemade. I had a calzone that was huge and stuffed with filling. I didn’t care for it as much as it was quite salty. I had the ham and Canadian bacon. Again the dipping sauce tasted wonderful. I also tried a taste of the deep dish pizza my daughter had ordered. It was okay but not my favorite. Our waitress was fairly new and wasn’t fully up to date on knowing everything, but she was trying her best and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Next time I will try something else.

I came in this evening with my two sons and dog to try it out for the first time. It was a big incentive that there’s a playground for kids and the outdoor area is dog friendly. Unfortunately, the service and food did not meet expectations. Initially, I ordered an alcoholic drink that never made its way to me until a different server was able to fulfill the request which she mentioned that comped. I proceeded to placing the food order which consisted of a deep dish pizza (that was stated would require a little bit more time to make) so I mentioned to my server that I would like the two kids meal slices to come out at the same time. Well you guessed it, the kids meal slices arrived right away at the deep dish pizza took some time. I’m not sure if this is how this place makes all their pizzas, but all of ours had an excessive amount of grease floating on the top. The deep dish was almost too gross to even eat as you couldn’t even taste the crust as it had been soaked up by all the grease/oil at the bottom of the pan. By this point there was a good amount of people sitting out in the patio area with us so I was more embarrassed to say anything as the kids seemed to be having a good time in the playground. Cool place, family oriented but service and food lack quality.

This is our favorite family friendly restaurant to go out to eat at. We are so glad this location opened up. There is something to eat for everyone in our family and satisfys all our picky eaters (family of 5). Not only is the food great (big portions), but the service is wonderful. The people are so kind and always accommodating. The environment overall can be as laid back or dressed up as you want it be. The TV’s inside and out are also a nice touch. They offer military and teacher discounts which is a plus for us! We always leave with full bellies and happy hearts. Thank you to the owners for bringing a warm welcoming restraunt to our area for our family to enjoy ☺️

Super disappointing. My family wanted to try a new place and this was on our list. My husband ordered a meat feast and I ordered a deluxe combination. He received a burnt halfway cheesed pizza, and I received a cheese pizza with mushrooms on it. Clearly, this is nowhere near what we ordered. Probably ended up with a vegetarian pizzas.
My daughter‘s cheese slice was normal and my son‘s fettuccine Alfredo Doesn’t taste much like Alfredo at all. The garlic knots are just frozen hard dough.
Super disappointing we won’t order from there again.

Honest review. Our server Becca was totally on top of everything, they sat us quickly. Food was so fast. Boudin balls, salads, and a kid pasta came out in like 5 minutes. All of it delicious. The Detroit pizza was out of this world, the other little didn’t want the pizza so we ordered her a kid pasta mid meal and it came out in like 5 minutes, no kidding. Pizza took like 15 minutes, but the timing worked with the appetizers. Restaurant was super clean and they were constantly cleaning while we were here. Not a single complaint. Not too busy on a Sunday night. All around great experience.

What an amazing find! We had such a good time on our visit. Christine is an excellent server, with great suggestions and an engaging personality. The mufaletta was even better than those we enjoyed in New Orleans! We’re looking forward to going back and trying other menu selections that also looked delicious. Thanks for a great dining experience!
