Was here at 10 minutes before 11 o’clock today and they had a two catering orders. We were told they were backed up and it would be 15 minutes. We did not get our actual order taken until 11:40!!!! They were doing all the o line orders that came i. However while the in person customers stood and watched. There were 5 people including the manager worker. It was as if we were not important. To me this was just bad service. I would have had one person waiting on us while the other 4 took care of the catering and online orders.

We did a pickup order and got the wrong salad. Jessica realized the error after we left and called to tell is they had removed the charge for the salad. We thought that was so nice to recognize the error and make it right!

Came in the other day and had a very good experience. This location is much bigger than the one in hometown. Vy served me immediately she asked me what I wanted on it and if I wanted it toasted. She even helped me join the perks program. I got the avo turkey with tomato. Perfect portion size, packed neatly and clean. Will definitely be returning.

Holy smokes, I picked up an oatmeal raisin cookie, and just when I thought my day couldn’t get better, I was smacked in the tongue with a chocolate chip. As I reached the center, chocolate chip after chocolate chip, I learned it was perfectly undercooked. This is a great day!

40 dollars for two regular sandwiches, two cups of soup and 2 medium drinks. The baked potato soup tasted a little strange; there weren’t any chunks of potato in it. The onion on my sandwich was not edible. It was the part you toss. There are no trays when you bus your own table and they don’t bring your order to you.

Really good when you visit! I’ve had less than good experience with catering, the sandwiches were prepared differently, almost empty inside, plan to try catering again and may update my review.
