Good Dominican food at a really good price plus there’s a wide variety and they aren’t cheap about the amount you get. Really wonderful staff. Super friendly and very helpful if you’re not sure what to get. It’s small but the staff makes you feel like family while dining there.

Food is great me and my family have been coming here for years but unfortunately the service is terrible the lady who is there durning lunch hours 10am has a very bad attitude and tends to curse in Spanish when asked for utensils and napkins to be put in the bag . I placed a large order here, and now I’m paying the price. I tried to overlook the fact that the younger server rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth at every order, and even threw my bag of food onto the counter — all without any confrontation from me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided not to fuel the fire, hoping the food would make up for the experience.
But when I got home, things went downhill fast. My soup contained raw chicken, and I had already eaten half of it before realizing. Now I’m dealing with severe food poisoning — to the point where I may need to go to the ER. Serving undercooked food is a serious health hazard, and this should never happen.
To make matters worse, the plantains in the soup were clearly old and going bad — yet they were still served anyway. The pork chops were also so overcooked they were barely edible. If customer service is going to be lacking, at the very least the food should be prepared with care. Instead, it feels like no one even checked it before serving. All of that to be ripped off of over $50 too.
This is not what our abuelas would be proud of.

Went into this restaurant on Fathers day, I was told my dad came in there daily. When I walked in the owner, was surprised and spoke to me about my dad and brother life in the restaurant… She was kind, very professional.The food was impeccable, delicious and yummy..Now I understand why my dad loved this place..Establishment has been opened for over 30 years.. Try the platano pasteles, its to die for..

Good food and everything is pretty much prepped and ready to go. The people there are nice and helpful, speaking both English and Spanish. I got the bistec with rice and their grilled chicken. Each day they have a special so be sure to check what day it is. Either way it seems like a nice and yummy home cooked meal.

Quick food service, Beef stew was amazing with white rice. The place was not packed when I went, but as I was halfway with my meal it was starting to get packed. Good prices, great food.
