The lunch buffet was really good. Hot and fresh. But what made me give a 5-star review was the lovely service. The young lady that served us was a delight. Attentive and friendly. It’s obvious she enjoys her job and took excellent care of us.

We ordered a Supreme pizza which was terrible, hardly any toppings and gave us stomach cramps. Also, the chicken wings are almost 3 dollars each which is RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! This is highway robbery!

Experience was horrible. I read the menu on my phone before we went into the restaurant. The large pizzas that we wanted showed in between 18.00$ and 22.00$ a piece. We ordered the pizzas inside the restaurant when we paid there was a discrepancy. I went to find out! They charged us $10 per Pizza extra because we went inside and ordered our pizzas. Then told me the prices I viewed were only for online customers. They were quite rude about it and told me to have a nice day. I hope that the waitresses don’t work off a tips because my $20 tip went to the pizzas they surprisingly charge me extra for. What waitress doesn’t want to tip? If you advise somebody they’re going to save $10 a pizza by just using your phone to place the order. Most people are greatful and will generously leave a nice tip. I know I will never do business there again!!!!

I am handicapped and had to use a wheelchair to get around. Their doors do not have handcap access. Had to hold the door open and wheel myself in on the ramp. Once inside the floors were really dirty. Food was actually good service was good but when leaving due to the ramps, poor maintenance at the bottom is a pothole I hit with my wheelchair which threw me out out of my chair and busted the wheel. Do not recommend going to Pizza Hut.

2 Family’s in the entire restaurant and it took 30 minutes to get our pizza. I finally got our pizza and was told I couldn’t have parmasean without paying for it. I could see and hear a member of management chastising and arguing with employees. Very poorly ran!

I was in for the lunch buffet and wasn’t much to choose from. They were only putting out 1 or 2 pizza option at a time and there were about 30 people in the seating area waiting for food to come out. As soon as they did bring pizza out it would be gone quick. So then we continue to wait.

Ordered online and paid online because we were on a tight schedule. Was supposed to be done in 15 minutes. We show up to get food, they screwed up the order, had to remake the bread sticks. 30 minutes later, we finally get food, and they forgot part of the order. No discount, no refund, nothing. They were awful. I will never recommend.

Food wasn’t very good. Waitress was great. Ordered two orders of cheesy melts, they were hard as rock no filling to speak of. It was a takeout order of these. Some of the pizza in buffet should of been pulled they were dried out. Buffet had several pizzas but only a couple were new.
