Great food menu. We love this place because David is making sure everything is running smooth and he wants to make sure everyone is happy. Food is always delicious. By the way they have an outside garden dinning area which you can enjoy your dinner.Me personally with this covid-19 I eat out side till it gets cold. Beautiful restaurant and awesome service.

This french restaurant was a nice surprise! I had a side salad, scalliops in a creamy sauce with rice, and creme brulee. All was very good, with the exception of the rice which was a bit dry. My daughter had frog legs which were a little greasy and could have been a little crispier but had a good taste. She had the duck legs, red potatoes and mixed vegetables, all of which she really enjoyed, especially the duck which she thought was delicious! Nice atmosphere, waitress was nice but could have been more attentive to our needs. All in all a good experience and we would go back!

Overall, fish was kinda bland but the sauce was delicious and really carried the meal in terms of flavor as a whole.
The asparagus was also good… probably because it was so close to the sauce haha.

I am not a sophisticated foodie type so describing the flavor palette is not my forte. With that caveat out of the way, you should know the meal tasted incredible and the portion sizes were fair. I topped my meal off with and incredible piece of mango blueberry cheesecake. Yum! Diane took very good care of us. Thank you!

Dined here New Years Eve. The service was excellent. Our waiter was outstanding. Our party had the red snapper, duck confit, chicken Parisian, and lobster ravioli. My dish was the duck and it was great. I also tried the others and they were all good. Looking forward to visiting again.

The Blue Heron is a shining star in the local food community. This quaint gem is easily missed if you’re not looking for it, so make sure to be intentional about getting here.
My wife and I were visiting my parents in town (we’re from the Memphis area) and stopped in for a date night.
Worth it.
The service was excellent, very attentive but unobtrusive.
My wife is somewhat of a French food enthusiast, having lived in Lille for 6 months) and commented that the Blue Heron had the best French food she’s had in the US (and she’s eaten around)
We had a brie appetizer with green apples which I’m feeling hungry thinking about right now.
For entrees I had the mussels and my wife had a surf and turf (fillet and shrimp).
Both were perfectly prepared and generous in portion size (we couldn’t finish sadly.)
On top of all of this, Blue Heron is very reasonably priced for the quality and I’d suggest anyone in the area check it out.
We like it enough we’re sending my parents there for their anniversary.

Excellent lunch today at Blue Heron. The escargot in garlic butter were prepared to perfection. Brie was also excellently prepared. Entrees were just as delicious.
