I’m a regular who used to come once a week, but the past three weeks the quality has dropped like a rock. Even a fresh new pizza has bread approaching cardboard. I’d singe the praises high and far but can’t really do that. Hope they figure out who to cut because theres alot of new faces who don’t seem to be making it.
UPDATE: I checked in on them again, i received a stellar Pizza, i can see the new manager and staff are trying their best to keep up and improve with both customer and corporate expectations.
I wish them only the best and hope to repatriate weekly as i once did.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews. I’ve given this location a try time and time again thinking maybe it’s just an occasional hiccup with the place. Customer service from my experience is bad. Acknowledge customers when they walk in to your store. The pizza has either been undercooked or entirely incorrect 3 out of 5 times I’ve been here. I haven’t once been able to get the store to answer there phone when we call to order. Why advertise “Hot N Ready” when you can not in fact get a “Hot N Ready” pizza when you come in. Everything we have waited 10+ minutes to get a cheese or pepperoni pizza. This Little Ceasars is far from being recommendable IMO.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at this location but the last time I went will be the last time I go. The staff was helpful and friendly when taking the order but the pizza was terrible in every way so I averaged the service at 3 stars. The dough was undercooked, very thin on half of it and thick enough on the other half but again undercooked. I’ve added pictures for a better idea and proof. I definitely won’t be going here anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They pizza is very nasty, I ordered a pepperoni pizza online from them and when it was “ready” I picked it up and it was already old. It tasted like it was a cheeze pizza and they just went in and added pepperonis on the pizza & threw it back in the oven. If you want little ceasers, go to summerhill road. They never disappoint me & it was one time I placed a order and when it was ready, it was old. I asked for it to be fresh & the worker had a attitude.

People that work here just dont cook the pizza long enouph. Something is missing the taste has been awful the last two time ive been here.

Disgusting! Picked up 3/17/25 – White/silver beard or mustache hair baked INTO the crust of the “new” bacon cheese puffs. Get it together!! I know it’s cheap pizza, but this is foul.

I was there at 10:35 pm on 4-25 to make an order and not only did I have the employee who I later determined to be the one working register come to the front multiple time and look at while I waiting and never acknowledge me while I was waiting on service for a length of time. When he finally came to the counter he seemed angry shaking his head when I made my order and pacing back and forthwhile doing so. He then shoved the receipt to me rudely with force. I later determined he did not even add everything I requested to the order and I had not caught this at the check out. I attempted to make friendly conversation to ease the tension and it was apparent he did not want to speak to me. I observed his unattentiveness and rudeness with several other customers and I will think twice before I return to this location.

The lady that took my order was nice. The pizza was sad looking. Crust so thin and soggy. The lady that brought my pizza to me, ignore me when I told her happy mother’s day. I’ll never come back to this place again.
