Overall, loved my experience here! Husband got the Curry Chicken and I got the steak Hibachi. We got the calamari but it was very rubbery and tough to chew because it felt overcooked. They created us a custom request of the rice ball triangles and I was very happy they were willing to do that for us. The steak was so tender and melt in your mouth. The food was great and the service was awesome. Will definitely come again.

Tried 100 Sushi and it was pretty decent for the price, which I definitely appreciate. That said, my roll felt like it was mostly avocado and cucumber, with the fish making a brief guest appearance . If you love crunchy, creamy rolls, you’ll be happy. If you’re chasing a fish forward bite, you might be left wanting. Still a solid, affordable sushi stop.

Very surprised how good this place was. Food is fresh and crisp, ordering through the touch screen is a breeze, prepared lightning fast, no pretentious servers, kid friendly… overall very good experience. Downsides: wish they had refillable coke dispensers and not bottles, also the sauces come in small plastic containers (too small for me) but you can buy more for extra. Would come again. Their ordering page asked for promo codes I googled and couldn’t find but you may get lucky and score a discount even.

We ordered the steak and chicken hibachi respectively. The steak was good just not very much of it. The chicken was pretty bland. Bowls are huge but mostly filled with rice. 100 sauce is very sweet. Vegetables were al dente so not really hibachi fried. There are definitely better places in town for Hixson it’s maybe the 4th best.

The food is delicious and the service is on point. It isn’t a fancy sit down restaurant but it is nice inside with seating. It seems that a good bit of people get their food to-go there. I will definitely be back. I ordered from the kiosk and it was really simple. The tofu isn’t too fried, the veggies, rice and noodles are delicious. The Thai boba tea is really good. I may try the chicken or beef next. I ordered to-go but ate some inside. The portions are large.

I get spicy tuna roll anytime I get sushi and get a rotating flavor with it. We paired it with the Thai crab roll. The Thai crab roll was delicious! I wish I got a photo but my husband ate it before I got the chance (it was that good). The eel sauce wasn’t over powering, crab was perfect, and the roll was perfectly fried.
We tried 2 sushi places while traveling through TN and this place definitely knocked the first one out no competition. The only down side was the spicy tuna roll, the filling was the tuna with what felt, tasted, and looked like sawdust. It was really hard to eat it. It was overpowering and really drowned out the tuna flavor. Normally there’s cucumber or another veggie in them from other locations but this was nothing we’ve had before. There was no description to warn us. But overall the staff was friendly, location was a bit uncomfortably hot inside (it was a 90°+ day to be fair), definitely prefer the ramen atmosphere more than this spot. We ended up sitting in the ramen restaurant.

Our food was fantastic, especially the sushi! Service was fast, polite & we had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend going! We had the steak & chicken hibachi bowls along with the Aqua Man & Crunchy roll.

I have ate at this restaurant many times since they opened. Quality of the food used to be really good. I ordered my usual chicken noodle bowl imagine my surprise when I had to throw most of the food out because the chicken was so undercooked. The chicken might have technically cooked too temperature but none of it was good. I had like 2 good chicken pieces and the rest were rubbery hard and unpleasant. Not to mention the literal gallon of grease in the noodles. I won’t be back again to waste my money. This place is too expensive for them to not have immaculate food.

Chicken was pretty good. Veggies were raw. Noodles at the bottom of my bowl were maybe room temperature. Baby fork for eating. It would work on the veggies. Almost $40 that’s with no drinks. 2 of us ate. We used to love this place. Now just disappointed.
