The pizza is good but the guy on the phone was very rude. I called an hour before close which I don’t think to be “too late” but I was treated like I was an inconvenience to be making an order. He even scoffed at the tip amount that I added on the card. It’ll be a while until we eat here again.

Dry, dry, dry pizza. I’ve not had positive experiences with this location, so I don’t often order from here. Today was no exception. Ordered a 1 topping Sicilian with old world pepperoni. This pizza was SUPER DRY, like hardly any sauce was on it. Prior to this, we tried to order a chicken dinner only to be called (after the order was placed online & paid for) & told they were waiting on a food delivery. Antonio’s has great food, but THIS LOCATION leaves much to be desired.

the employees working 1/9 between 3-4pm didn’t get a single order out in over 45 minutes.
they forgot about a doordash and the older guy wearing a hat with a beard told me i should fix the software instead of being apologetic.
they just lost me as a customer and it wasn’t even my order. if i’m craving antonio’s i’ll go to ANY other location.
update, just went back at 6:52 PM
Had to wait for the order again, then they handed me my food, and I went to my car, luckily to realize they didn’t give me two whole large pizzas. meanwhile, they’re talking negatively about a customer on the phone that they messed up the order with as well. The staff working on this day is a joke.

Horrible. Embarrassing. I ordered the Chicago deep dish pizza. It was not a deep dish pizza. It was a small pizza with a 3-inch x 3inch block of bread crust. The sauce was salty and flavorless. Very commercial tasting. Flavorless bread. Cheap tasteless cheese. The menu mentioned that this menu item (Chicago deep dish) had extra cheese on it and it barely had any cheese. The dough is so thin on the bottom that I couldn’t lift it out of the box to put it on my plate with a spatula. A total disaster and a mess and a horrible dining experience. I ordered online and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I always arrive early and I did 10 minutes early and my pizza was already sitting getting cold. Stop having kids that eat out of paper bags and wrapped paper to make food that is to be consumed by civilized adults. This place is a commercial place with zero characteristics of a family business. Greedflation. Poor value. Too expensive for such low quality.

I wish I took pictures but I will next time. Great food, great quality. A little expensive but you see why when you eat the food. The quality of the food is fantastic. Hands down the best around!! Keep up the phenomenal job!

We always ordered pizza from Antonio’s when we lived in Medina. In Virginia now for 7 years and we still haven’t found our “Antonio’s pizza”
While visiting recently, we had our favorite pizza and it was DELICIOUS!

Tucked away in a quaint strip mall lies one of northeast ohio’s hidden gems. The location has plenty of parking although getting the door open will take a couple of weeks training. Seriously it is crazy heavy. However once inside you are immediately wisked away into Tuscany. The dining area offers a charming view and comfortable seating. Accessibility was not skipped over either with multiple size seating options. As for the food, you cannot miss trying THE finest and freshest authentic Italian cuisine this side of the Mississippi. WELL worth the price.

I cannot thank Antonio’s enough for catering an event for my family. It was an unexpected funeral and we only have 4 days notice. They did a great job to accommodate us. The food was great and service was amazing. Thank you again
