Wish I could give zero stars. Ridiculous. Tried to overcharge me by $50, called three times ahead to try and find the location because it isn’t labeled, charged $20 for veggie sticks and $165 for wings. The order for 100 wings is supposed to include 5 wing choices but they only allowed me 3. Unable to order correctly online because everything you select that is supposed to be included (sauce ON the wings) they charge an additional $2 for each things. Fries are actually giant potato wedges, soggy and no salt or seasoning at all. Actually had to put them in the oven to fry them out. Terrible customer service by the people who work there except for one young guy. Will not ever order from this place again, even though the wings taste great.

Ordered online at 3:10pm and came in at 4:28pm and they act as if they didn’t receive my order. It took about 10 minutes for them to call somebody. I showed them proof of the order with the online receipt. The order number also the debit from my bank account still took him an extra 10 minutes they had to call somebody then they worked on it and for the inconvenience I couldn’t even get a cup of water I had to beg for it. Customer service sucks. It’s other places around Lancaster area so if you just in town or passing by, keep passing by.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered online and my food was never delivered. After 2 hours, it still was on it’s way. I tried to call the restaurant, but the phone number is not working. Thankfully the app gave me a refund.

I ordered online wings. My food was never delivered so after a hour I decided to pickup in person. Upon arrival the food was sitting on counter cold. There were 2 women there, I told the lady I ordered online I just came in to get my order but I didn’t want it cold. Very rudely she feels the box then says I will redid it for you. The lady puts the same food in the fryer. My food was so disgusting. I didn’t want any confrontation because it seems there was no management there. She was upset over an error that was not on me. I was not offered my money back or anything.

Wish I can put 0 stars but I Placed my order 2/3 for 100 boneless wings for my son birthday party to be picked up 2/4 at 2pm. I didn’t receive an update so I called the store. First they said they didn’t have it and so after 10-15 mins they found the order and said it will be ready 2:45/3pm because they had only 70 wings ready and needed 30 more. Arrived at 2:50 they said the order is not ready because since I was waiting they gave the wings that are ready away to other customers and I would have to wait two more hrs which is unacceptable because I was already being courteous and allowing it to be an hr late. Mistakes happen. However, the young lady at the cash register and the man on the phone kept if running games and it was always some different when talking to them. I’m out money and they will refund it back. All he can talk about is that their wings go on the grill. I will love my money back for the catering order I never received.

The worst wings we ever ate. They didn’t give us the correct seasoned fries that we ordered with the wings. To top it off, we had to add our own seasoning to the wings and put them in the oven.
Their app doesn’t work neither. The status of the order never updates, and they do not pick up the phone when you call to ask for the status of your order.

The carrots were dry, white and some had brown spots! My buffalo mild wings didn’t have buffalo sauce but n them. Garlic P wings had cheese on them. My step daughter did not like her bone out wings and went to bed hungry! Thanks Wing Boss for ruining our Sunday Night

Got the lemon pepper & it was more like smoked with a dash of seasoning. Couldn’t taste the lemon pepper at all. Also the smoked flavor was not tasty. Neither of us finished our wings & didn’t keep them for later. Beware!
