The location of the Dunkin is really good nd so is the building. Looks vintage. But they mess up the order. Night staff is clueless. They closes at 8 PM. A good place to work from but overall its just average.

This is a really centrally-located coffee shop with lots of space indoors to park and do some work. I’ve gotten little bites when i’m in the area, such as 6 munchkins + brown sugar espresso. However, service took quite a while given that the store was completely empty.

I drove up and asked for just two things. I couldn’t understand the girl due to a combination of street noise and the manner in which she spoke. I drove to the windows and, after numerous attempts, was able to convey my order, a plain toasted bagel with butter and a croissant. The bagel was perfectly toasted but no butter on the bagel. I got back in line and politely asked that they put butter on my bagel. The girl disappeared and an angry older woman told me the highly unlikely story that there is a company policy against putting butter on bagels. I expressed surprise but the angry woman insisted that was company policy. I asked for my money back since the order was not what I had asked for. She shut the window and walked away. I drove off with no intention of coming back.

I’ve got the wrong order from here multiple times and I’m finally annoyed. Just read the actual order it’s annoying. Wake up wrap somehow turns into “loaded” hash browns like come on.

They seldom get the order right. Also drinks are always HALF full. If you complaint they apologize and fill them up but I don’t like places where I have to regularly point out what they are doing wrong. They constantly have new untrained personnel so they never know what they’re doing. The location is actually nice.

I went to the Drive thru. I ordered a hash brown and a medium cold brew with cream, 3 hazelnut, and 3 mocha.
The girl at the speaker didn’t understand me. I repeated my order 3 times. She kept saying something in Spanish that I didn’t understand.
When I got to the window for pick up. I repeated my order again to that woman. She said something to be the person behind her.
Handed me my order…..
I drove away and noticed it was wrong….
2 mocha, 2 hazelnut….. not what I asked for.
If your taking orders in the drive thru, you should know how to speak English……..

If you’re going to close the dining room to the public, shut down the mobile ordering for the day. It’s insane to mobile order and the have to sit in a line for 20 minutes to receive it. Defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering. This has happened at this location countless times, making me late for work and other things. Granted it’s a Sunday today so its fine… but figured I would take the time to write this while I sit in a huge line after mobile ordering from home!!! I’d be happy to edit the review if you come of with something better that a small paper sign posted on the door when people arrive and it’s already too late
