I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from this location. I placed an order several days in advance for a party on 2/28, specifically requesting a 12:15 PM delivery to accommodate a tight one-hour window before a pool party.
The Failures:
Extreme Delay: Despite prepaying and ordering days early to guarantee timing, the delivery was over an hour late. This resulted in 8 full pizzas going to waste because the scheduled mealtime had passed.
Poor Management: When I called to check on the status, I was told they “had other pizzas to make.” The General Manager was completely indifferent, showing zero accountability for the fact that a pre-scheduled, prepaid order was being ignored.
Lack of Professionalism: When the food finally arrived, the driver didn’t even come to the door. We had to go out to her car, where she was just sitting and waiting for us to come get the order from her.
I ended up with 10 pizzas that my family couldn’t possibly finish, and because of the delay, they essentially went to the local wildlife. I expected much better coordination and basic customer service for a planned event. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I love Marcos pizza and look forward to it when it’s pizza night. Ordered a salad and had to return it (super wet/brown lettuce). The pizza was okay, but toppings were not fresh tasting. When I returned the salad, the store smelled like straight sewer, it wasn’t very clean and I noticed the girl making pizzas did NOT have gloves on. I’m super grossed out and disappointed. I hope management cleans up this store. However, the service was satisfactory.

When the two guys are there the food is really good with no mistakes. However when it’s the slim lady she gets mad when u ask her to wash her hands when she is moving boxes and or touching her hair or nose and then they get mad at you when they’re messed up your order and you bring it back and they act like you’re the problem

Got sent two burnt pizzas. Told me I had to go there to get a refund. They said that this pizza wasn’t burnt. You can’t tell me black spots all over the pizza isn’t burnt. Waste of money would not even give a refund. Very disappointed.

I’ve always bought food from here never had a problem until the other night. I order a XL they gave me a Large that had very small slices. The salad they delivered smelled like cigarettes and the food gave me, my husband and kids a stomach virus. If I known this I would’ve never tipped that driver $10. The crazy part about it I’m always tipping. I’m officially done with this place after this.

I’ve given this Marco’s Pizza location multiple chances, but I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experiences. The first time, my pizza wasn’t made the way I ordered it—simple enough to address, right? Wrong. The following week, I decided to give them another shot. I even went out of my way to explain my previous issues and emphasized how important it was for my order to be made correctly this time.
I asked for garlic oil on my pizza, and while the employee warned me it might seep through the box, I never expected what happened next. When I got home, the pizza was completely drenched in oil—so much so that it leaked out, soaked through the box, and drenched my car seat (Couldn’t believe how much oil! Insane!). It was an absurd amount of oil, almost as if it was done intentionally. Considering I had just mentioned my dissatisfaction from the previous order, it felt like a petty, deliberate act.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright disrespectful to a paying, loyal customer. I’m not one to complain, but I’ve had enough to even consider visiting this location ever again. A little accountability and effort go a long way, and clearly, this location doesn’t care about either.

I have never ordered from this location before I’ve had several bad experiences from the Parma Hts Marco’s so I decided to try another location. I’m glad I did! Food was made perfectly along with my chef salad. The team members were friendly and pizza was still piping hot when I got home. Middleburg Hts Marco’s is now my choice for our favorite pizza! Keep up the good work!
