This review is a bit late (from September 12), but I wanted to make sure I gave kudos to three of the employees who went above and beyond. I ordered something that is no longer on the menu as it’s the only doughnut I like, and instead of just telling me too bad, they prepared one for me!!!!! (it was simply a combination of two of their common ingredients) I was so happy and asked for the names so I could post a review. Carlie, Bailey, and Dave went above and beyond making sure I was able to enjoy my old fashioned with chocolate frosting since it has been taken from the menu. Thank you so much to the three of you! You made my morning.

Great customer service! The lady at the drive through was very nice and patient with my order today, 8/16/2025 at 9:45am. Not sure what her name was but she deserves a recognition from management. She literally made my day! I have Dunkin within a walking distance from where I live, it’s on State Route 22 across from Meijer, but the staff there is awfully rude and slow, so I refuse to go there anymore. I’d rather drive 3 miles and get a great service with good coffee here! Kiddos to the staff at this location!

Dunkin Donuts with subway and GoCo is a cool place. I stood for a while before someone noticed me, meanwhile subway kicked @$$ and got me right in and out. They were not able to make a warm pumpkin coffee since the machine wasnt working and tbh the cold pumpkin coffee just didnt hot the spot. The pumpkin munchkins were very good!

I have been driving from dayton to my clinical at Bethesda north every day since March. I don’t usually come on Saturdays but today was a day I was making up. A male and female worker tried to help me scan my app for points and it didn’t work. Without hesitation, the male worker said “it’s on both of us, have an awesome day.” Money is tight with not working right now and this act of kindness was appreciated and made an impact more than you know! Thank you for being so kind!

I always try to avoid any restaurant attached to a gas station, but I was in a pinch. Let’s just say…. I am not surprised with my visit. There was a large pool of liquid something surrounding the trash can, so you couldn’t throw anything away. The guy waiting behind the counter possibly consumed too much of the devil’s cabbage before or during his shift and was barely able to place 2 donuts and 10 munchkins inside a box made for 12 donuts…and they were not out of smaller bags that is just what he thought was the best option I guess. That order took him 5 times longer than it should have.

I went to store 5227 and I had the pleasure of meeting a nice young man (his name was Michael) at the order counter. I ordered a coffee and a donut, he made sure my donut wasn’t squashed. (usually I have to ask or just deal with a squashed donut) we had a great conversation about his experience working at Dunkin, my niece is of working age and she loves coffee! I think I’ll start going here more often if I know I’ll get this service every time! Congrats on the great team you all have! And thank you Michael!
