Three sandwich orders on our lunchbreak today- all three incorrect. No cheese on any of them, shredded chicken that tastes like turkey, and I mean shredded worse than tuna in a can. Worker tells us he can’t toast my bread because it is the thick wheat bread. He has hair down and flying free, no hair net at all. Tries to put sauce on two of the sandwiches after THREE TIMES being told no sauce, or sauce on side. We get the sandwiches, all three are wrong.
Co-worker calls up to Jimmy Johns and the worker claims he is the supervisor (even though he had to pull out the how-to sheets to make the sandwiches) and claims she didn’t order bacon when she said Kicking Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap. You have to say “add bacon” because apparently the title doesn’t count. Asked about why turkey on all three instead of chicken- worker states they don’t have turkey there. (It’s on the menu). And they don’t offer chunky chicken, only shredded.
Offered no apology, no refund. Told bring the sandwiches back up and they can remake them. We don’t have time for that nonsense. Do better Jimmy Johns, you’re a brand new location and should not suck this awful. We won’t be getting our work lunches here again.

I know when I come in I can count on my food being ready fast! It’s made to order and even when busy they bust it out and I’m on my way! I always order the chicken bacon ranch and Melissa (knowing my order!) is ready for me when I walk in and makes sure to make it just how I like it! Kudos to this store for being consistent!

I have worked at a Jimmy John’s. I’ve been ordering Jimmy John’s for almost 20 years. I order the same sandwich everywhere I go, never in my life have I had as many problems as I have with this location. I ordered a number nine with no veggies. It is a very simple order. There’s nothing special about it and almost every time I order from this location it is wrong tonight. I even went inside so that there couldn’t be any miscommunication and I checked one of my sandwiches before leaving. Of course I checked the one sandwich that was right and the other sandwich was wrong again. I don’t leave many reviews, but when I do, it’s because I feel truly disappointed in the service I’ve received and that’s how I feel about this Jimmy John’s location for the first time in my life. I am leaving a negative review on a Jimmy John’s, which I’ve never done the people who run this place Are clearly all related somehow I walk in and I feel as though I am disturbing them like I just walked into their home and they don’t want to work when I call and I try to be polite about the complaints. I’m often met with rude attitude. There’s been a couple times. I’ve driven away from the drive-through because I just didn’t like the way I was spoken to at the window And unfortunately, I have to keep going here if I want Jimmy John’s cause it’s the most convenient one to my location I’m thoroughly disappointed

Today is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a jimmy johns. The guy tonight was seriously rude. I asked for my sandwiches to be fixed properly and the man at the register decided to ride instead of fix my food. I even offered to pay for the items that weren’t properly rung up and he still didn’t want to help all because they were about to close and he wanted to go home.

Absolutely ridiculous. I went in to order dinner for my family. It was the first time that I’ve ever eaten at Jimmy John’s. I ask please put the lettuce and tomato on the side. And he told me we can’t. I waited a minute and ask again and he said no we don’t do that. So I ordered one sandwich andnothing else. As they were making the sandwich I asked again and he told me no they could not put it on the side. They could have put the lettuce and tomato on a rapper and folded it up.
First and last time in Jimmy John’s. There were three employees there in the front when I walked in none of them spoke to me I had to speak to them first. The pictures are of the one sandwich I did order. And it was $11.79.

Usually pretty quick service. Subs are always correct & taste fresh. The only thing is that the drive thru can get backed up depending on time of day (lunch rush, etc) so it makes the parking lot difficult.

The people are always friendly that isn’t the issue. Since this location reopened my order has never been correct. It’s been over a year or so since I last stopped by so I thought I’d give one last try. I ordered a slim 6 with extra cheese and bacon. I also ordered a sweet tea. Their tea is always fantastic but my sandwich once again was not. Whomever was taking my order rang up avocado instead of extra cheese. I don’t know what’s changed but no matter what my order is never right when I go here. I’m just going to have to go elsewhere.
