Servers do not know what they do and don’t have or what’s in the food. Told them there was an onion allergy and we were told there were no onions in the greens. Bit into the taco with greens and there’s huge chunks of onions.
Asked if there was wine multiple times and was told no there was not.
After a while of ordering drinks we look on the bar we see there is wine on the bar and she says she cannot change the drink out because a sip was taken from it already. They charge you immediately after ordering to get gratuity despite if you may want to order more. The music is good. The place is small. The tacos were decent. Ordered lemon pepper fries and received Cajun fries. Took the plate to remove the greens despite another taco being unfinished on the plate. Informed the manager. He gave me a glass of wine. The tacos I had were good. The oxtail had a bit of a burnt taste but the rest were good.
Sat at the table a bit longer and gum got stuck to my pants from under the table. Do not recommend this establishment.

First off Libny was bomb she took great care of us! Service was exceptional, ambiance was great, and food exceeded expectations!! We tried the soul food tacos, surf and turf tacos, and oxtail tacos, lemon pepper wings, cornbread, and some drinks! loved everything!! We will definitely be back!

I wish I had a better experience here. I came here with roughly 10 people and the restaurant wasn’t fit for that. We sat outside which was fine but they told us we had until 10pm because the club was about to open. We thought that was enough time since we got there around 7:50pm, however it was not. We all ordered our food and we didn’t receive it until 9:30ish. Fortunately they let us stay at our table past 10. I ordered the fish sandwich and my food was room temperature. I didn’t send it back because it took so long to get it originally. The food was decent. The fish sandwich didn’t come with anything but cheese (no other toppings). Overall it was ok.

Worst $250 of my life, literally $250… I don’t mind spending money on good food. I arrived here at around 9:39 pm, I’ve been here for nearly 3 hours now, while the food is well seasoned I’m still sitting here waiting on some jerk fries, seriously , I ordered the corner store nachos as an appetizer ( it looked amazing in their ig page) they were extremely stingy with the meat, and it definitely looked absolutely nothing like what they advertised, cold old meat; we also ordered the new yourk strip dinner and the Lobster dinner, after an 1 1/2 hour wait it arrived , cold, the lobster (more like chopped lobster pieces already off the tail made fell like more like they recycled the shells and just stuff it w some chopped seafood, the mc and cheese, not cheese, greasy and cold, the collard greens and yams were well seasoned, can’t complain about those, the New York strip was tender and flavorful, about 5 thin bite pieces on my plate, but again, arrived cold, we got a burger, extremely small, more fried than burger, nothing special honestly, we got some drinks, ehh they were alright, took them over 45 minutes to serve our drinks, they forgot about our Kool aid about 4 times… And again, I’m still here waiting for some jerk fries… Will I come here again? Hell no! They totally need new management and to be organized, it’s trashy gettho vibes in here, w cold well seasoned tiny portions of food, if they can manage to get your order together. Honestly is the first restaurant I’ve ever been to were they bring literally one plate at a time, ever 30 minutes or so after over a 1 1/2 hr wait, it’s cold, you and your guests don’t get to eat together. This is totally stupid… Now I see why they make you pay as soon as your order, because if it wasn’t for that 90% of the people would just leave. I’m extremely upset and disappointed… Cool spot if you looking for a whatever bar to hang out and play board games with friends, if you are looking for a decent dining experience stay away from here

Best Saturday Morning Brunch Ever… Music was great (Oldies / R&B) Server was on point and so was the atmosphere, we played Giant UNO while our husbands watched their college football . We came in specifically for the advertised 40¢ wings. The server initially told us the deal was available, only for the manager to later come out and say it had ended at 8. Let’s say we were not seated and ordered before 8, the deal should have been honored because it was rung up by our server who couldn’t even find her iPad. Even if it had been a minute or two past, good customer service would mean honoring what was offered instead of arguing with paying guests.
What makes it worse is that I’m not even from here—I came with friends who recommended this place because they usually come often. After the way we were treated, not only will I never return, but my friends, who were loyal customers, won’t be coming back either.
The entire situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. For a restaurant that wants repeat business, this was a huge disappointment. Instead of making things right, management made us feel like we were in the wrong for expecting them to stand by their own promotion. Then to top it off, the menu said 1$ wings and he said they not honoring that as well. He said they didn’t change the menu because it has all their flavors. If this is how they treat guests, I would highly suggest going somewhere else where your time, money, and business will be appreciated.

Had a BLAST!! Food is GREAT. I really enjoyed the Catfish. Great times, very accommodating staff. The GM is awesome. Great times. Great vibes. Great food! There’s still quite a few things on the menu I want to try! Looks like I gotta go back! LOL! You owe it to yourself to visit here!

Well Seasoned absolutely lives up to its name! The service was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers. Interesting & strange that you had to pay for everything before receiving it. It hindered me ordering multiple rounds of drinks because there is a mandatory 15% gratuity added & 4% non cash transaction. However, the one (strawberry margarita) I had was good & ox tail tacos were amazing. Chicken & waffles tasted great food came out quick & fresh. I wouldn’t order alcohol again just food & understand that I am paying before I receive so any issues may not be dealt with accordingly.
