First time trying Marco’s pizza, and it was pretty good. Thin Crust Build Your Own: Anchovies, Onions, Spinach, Olives…The ingredients paired well together; the saltiness from the anchovies, the slight sweetness from the onions, and savory olives.
We ordered delivery and it arrived in a fairly decent time frame. Overall good experience!

Just recently moved to the area and after a very disappointing experience at the other Spring location I decided to give this one a try. I was able to easily order the lunch special online with no issues. My order was hot and ready when I arrived 15 minutes later. Pleasant customer service and the pizza was excellent. Fresh ingredients and great flavor. The best part was the $6.99 medium 1 topping deal for lunch. I work from home and as a mom of 4 active boys I made a commitment to start pausing my day for myself and taking a lunch. Bonus points if I treat myself to a meal and I can see this will be one of my favorites at this price and quality! The location is also very conveniently located.

I have issues with food servers who do not use gloves when preparing food, especially when you are the manager. I do not mean to be a difficult customer, but seeing first hand the manager taking my order and proceeding to prepare my pizza with her bare hands is unacceptable. That set my germaphobia into overdrive. I had to request the use of gloves. I did not see one food preparer wearing gloves. I don’t feel like playing Russian roulette with whether or not a person practices proper hygiene such as handwashing. I guess it was seen as rude since after our pizza was done, the manager wordlessly just set the boxed pizzas on the table and left. I ended up not eating it and just went somewhere else. I will not be returning to any Marco Pizza location. Waste of money. Also, 4 of the fountain drinks were out of service. This was at the Spring location on Rayford Rd.

Marco’s Pizza has very excellent staff and food. The pizza is always hot and ready, and always quenches my appetite. The staff, specifically, the manager, the nice young black fellow, is very attentive and understanding to my needs when it comes to my order. I’m very happy to have Marco’s nearby, and I will gladly come back to have pizza.

Marco‘s Pizza is one of my favorites. I really like the staff at this location. Everyone is nice and friendly. I order here quite often but lately everything’s starting to seem like it’s undercooked. I ordered a deluxe pizza today which was slightly doughy not bad. I just cooked it a little longer in my oven. The Pizzoli that I ordered what I thought was cheese was actually raw dough so I had to cook it longer as well. I will continue to order from this location. I just know that whenever I do, it’s going to be a take and bake. Hopefully Marcos can look into this and see what’s going on.

I recently purchased a large Meat Lovers pizza from your establishment. While everything was fresh and hot, I noticed that the pizza tasted very different from what I was used to from your location. The flavor just isn’t the same as it used to be, and unfortunately, the change is not for the better.
I’m not sure if there have been changes to the dough, cheese, or the brands of meats used, but something about the ingredients or recipe seems different. The unique flavor I always enjoyed just wasn’t there this time.
Could you please let me know if any changes have been made to your ingredients or preparation methods? I have always enjoyed your pizza in the past and would love to continue being a loyal customer.

Update (05/20/22): The (Make Your Own) Pizza Bowl and Garden Pizza are both excellent! Both are made with quality ingredients and generous servings of toppings. Prices are a bit more than “Cheapo Pizza Joint”, but this is what pizza is supposed to be, and worth every penny. Great food! Friendly staff!

Got a refund at one place thinking this would’ve been better. Marco’s definitely been slipping lately. I hate eating pizza & it seems like I’m eating only toppings without a foundation. The crust has more bread than the foundation. Guess i need stick to pizza hut. Food already expensive. & no i didn’t order thin crust, so i don’t understand why it’s so paper thin.

Let me start by saying I genuinely appreciate any business that’s open on a day most people deserve to be home relaxing. That said… after our Christmas movie, we stopped to grab pizza for my family because the OPEN sign was proudly glowing at around 5:50 PM.
So you can imagine my confusion when we were told you were “closed” — despite the OPEN sign being on…
If you’re actually closed, a quick flip of the OPEN sign would work wonders — it’s kind of the whole point. Or maybe posting a simple piece of paper on the door with updated hours or a “not taking new orders” note? Also very effective.
Even better, just be honest and say you’re slammed and not taking new orders. Totally understandable. Any of those options would’ve taken far less effort than advertising you’re open when… you’re telling people your not. :/

I have never been a fan of pizza places. I did an elongated keto/ high protein diet that my doctor had me on. Once I was able to ease back into a diet that had more carbs I just couldn’t eat as much bread and pizza place always have so much grease. So, my sister came to visit and said she wanted pizza, I often drive by Marco’s when I am out and about, and I was like let’s try it because they have crustless pizza. I was so glad I did because this place makes me DROOL! They are clean, super nice service and the food is great. I had salad and The Philly Bowl added olives both were very good and fresh tasting. If you are cutting bread but love pizza, this is the place. My fiancé ordered an all-meat large pizza and ate all of it in a couple sittings. My sister who was pregnant wanted more than one thing and ordered a small pepperoni pizza, chicken dippers and cinna squares. I did have a bite of her chicken and cinna squares, both were good but not really my thing. Everybody loved their food and I now have an awesome pizza place!
