They need more food varieties. Like pastries they can pop in the microwave etc. Not a fill on Panera but maybe scones and things like that.Coffee is fantastic, it goes without saying! I even drink it at home.

Iv been buying coffee from Starbucks every morning for years and recently had to switch to this location because of a transfer. I hate it, always so slow. Sometimes takes over 20 minutes in drive thru. Everytime I go inside everyone is just standing around as if ALL of your customers aren’t on their way to work..

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins. I had placed a mobile order 10 mins before I got to Starbucks. When I get to the screen the guy tells me if it’s not ready when I get to the window I’ll have to go inside to pick it up .

I only did the drive thru and the guy that waited on me had one heck of an attitude. I left a one dollar tip on accident because he was rushing me to answer the question on the screen. I hope he gets fired.

Food continues to shrink and tastes more stale every time we order. Drinks are hot and fresh as expected and service was OK. There are too many better local alternatives to Startlbucks to go out of the way any longer. Humdrum.

CHRIS was really rude to myself and a friend who met up at this location for a brief encounter. We’re they only two people of color in the coffee shop. He came up to where we were seated and said ladies are we ordering. We said no. He said their facilities are only for paying customers and that he’ll usually give people about 10mins. I told him we’d be leaving. I frequent this location a few times a week. I will NOT be any longer. Have the day you deserve CHRIS.
