Coming here for a healthy, freshly made fruit bowl is always a treat! The customer service is always more than pleasant and the spot itself is super welcoming! Loooooved their seasonal bowl with the pumpkin base! I highly highly highly recommend trying it! Will be back for more!

Great tasting bowls and even better staff! My wife and I found Soul Bowls two years ago in Scotch Plains and haven’t looked back. The Metuchen location is even closer to us and in a great spot- easy to find and plenty of street parking! While it is often difficult to find options for her (vegan/vegetarian), she has endless options at Soul Bowls. Definitely worth the trip if you in the mood for breakfast, a quick snack, dinner, or dessert!

Soul Bowls is the best!! The service, the atmosphere and of course the bowls! We drive almost 100 miles for Soul Bowls! Why? Because it’s worth the drive! We have fallen in love with Metuchen which we would have never discovered without Soul Bowls. I promise you once you have a Soul Bowl you will not want to return to the other…….(fill in the blank). They also have other vegan treats like their Cookies and Cream protein balls, High Protein Oatmeal, and chickpea tuna to name a few.
Do yourself a favor a get yourself to Soul Bowls and get you a Soul Bowl! I promise you won’t regret it. Oh I forgot to mention we are not vegan, but we love Soul Bowls!

I can eat the almond joy all day every day! It’s so delicious. And strawberry Oreo is also a strong contender. This place is so clean and bright and the staff is always so friendly that I’m immediately happy as soon as I walk inside. Oh and must try the turmeric pepper and ginger shot. That will wake you better than a cup of coffee! There are other fruit bowl options closer to me but I drive a bit farther for Soul Bowl because it’s that good! Love that it’s a fully plant based establishment. We need more locations!!!

By far the best acai bowl place I have been to and I have been to a lot of bowls. If I could have this every day, I would. Consistently amazing, huge portions, and happiness. You can’t go wrong with anything in the menu. I love the love butter bowl and the seasonal bowl called chunky monkey.

Absolutely delightful, this was my first time coming in, I ordered the special protein oatmeal, adding cinnamon strawberries blueberries and surprisingly delicious Oreo crunch. That first bite warmed my entire body it was wonderful. People working here are very sweet, and were kind enough to throw in an extra freebie on the side! They have a little outdoor eating area in the shade inside an open garage converted into seating, just fantastic. Thank you so much for a very welcoming first time!

Came here because of how pretty the bowls look on social media i was disappointed my bowls where ugly they didn’t have any presentation at all everything was mixed up like ready to blend and make a smoothie.

the bowls were all sticky on the outside , my order was to go and they didn’t gave me bag when i ask for one the thin paper bag that don’t hold on 2 bowls.

Soulbowls is just amazing- I can’t give them enough stars. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the place is fun and chill. I look forward to when I’m in the area and can get Soul Bowl! The food is always fresh, made to order. I have had other smoothie bowl places- chain and small- and nothing compares to this place. They way they take care in packing in the bowl so you have flavor, fruit and their own granola in every bite is magical. I couldn’t recommend a place more! I have been going here for two or three years and will continue. My favorite the PB and J bowl featured here. Also their dietary restriction and vegan friendly.
