The employees at this location make me love Pizza Hut. My order is always correct and the food is always hot. We get it a couple times throughout the month. I went on Halloween shortly before 5. They were obviously busy but every employee I could see working in the back was busting their behinds to get the orders out. If corporate sees this review, please pay your employees more. They deserve it.

Pizza order was completely wrong. Called and requested new pizza but got a $10 credit for future order instead. $45 spent and I’m eating cheesesticks for dinner. There will not be any future orders from this household.

Absolutely the worst service in the Pizza Hut history. Asked to speak to the manger and kept getting hung up on, the third time I called back the manager answered by yelled at me saying, “why do you keep hanging up and calling back?!!” You could hear the press ons through the lies and poor service. It’s sad the manger has such little self control to yell at a customer who’s calling about an issue. Like damn are you okay babe?

Picking up some pizzas right next to the front counter is a door that says restroom. I’m told restroom is only for employees customers are not allowed to use it. They said to go next-door to the convenience store so after walking down the strip center that was also closed.

We ordered 2 pizzzas one cheese and 1 veggie the cheese has sausages and pork wich we cant consume as a Muslim the veggie pizza wich we were gonna eat was raw the dough was not cooked enough we called in and he said it was a mistake we waited another 30 mins we got s ring on the doorbell the pizza hut driver and he was like “Hey Your trying to Scam us” “ Hey im the general manager im to high of a person to deal with your bs WOW that was rude then he asks for both of the pizzaz we give them he doesn’t even open the one with meat judt veggie he saying why is there 1 slice missing but when i called in for the complaint i told them the dough was raw so it obviously makes sense i took a bite of the pizza we even tipped the “general manager “ and he treated us like we weren’t paying for it very rude very bad customer service and he says that he is a owner of the franchise

I live right behind this Pizza Hut. I’ve had delivery. I have done pick up. I have never had a problem with anything from them. It’s always been good service and good food. I love the veggie lovers pizza that is my favorite. I grew up with Pizza Hut. I am happy that they are close to me.

Don’t know what’s going on with the Pizza Hut at 1900 University Blvd but on my most recent trip to pickup my pizza, a young African American employee, perhaps by the name of Arnold (Not certain) asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. When I informed him that I had already paid online, he waited for me to get to the door and loudly made some nasty remark regarding not receiving a tip. I turned around and walked back to the counter and asked him to repeat what he said, which he did not. Normally, when I get a pizza delivered I tip 20%. My point being that I don’t feel I should have to tip someone for picking up my own pizza and I certainly should not be harassed for not tipping when I pick up my own pizza. And for information purposes, he did the same thing to the customer in front of me. It is my hope that Pizza Hut will see this review and train their employees to refrain from uncouth behavior.
