My twin sister and I go to this Dunkin AT LEAST once a day. The workers are so friendly and make you feel so special when they remember your order. The coffee is ALWAYS made the same (the best) and we don’t have to look at each other and second guess if it will be good or not.

Fairly spacious Dunkin’ with a pair of bathrooms, sufficient amount of seating and power outlets.
They even have an enclosed mini conference area, which I find amazing cause that is often not a common amenity

Food is ok, they got my orders wrong the last few times u came in. They also take longer than any of the other locations I’ve been too. They probably need more hands on deck.

The service was absolutely terrible. The worker today was horribly rude, yelling, and giving unnecessary attitude as soon as we pulled up to the speaker. We gave her our name for a mobile order and we were faced with “you have to wait a minute” with a nasty tone. We had no issue waiting and understood we needed to wait without the rude attitude. AFTER everything we still said thank you and have a nice day because my mother raised me right and the worker closed the window in our faces.

They give old hashbrowns . Even called the store the manager tried to argue with me on the phone . I literally order almost everyday . Need better management . Bad for business. I even live rite down the street so that shouldn’t even be hard

Started going to main st Dunkin recently. Just started using the app. Asked if the rewards were only mobile orders or if I could use it during my order in the drive thru. The worker replied with a rude tone “ I need a code to scan”. Dismissing my question and not helping at all. I was not able to use my rewards. I will be sticking to Dunkin on 36 like I use to.

This location gets VERY VERY busy at certain times of the day, so just make sure to have patience and remember that being rude will never make an employee move faster or even want to do anything for you. Plus, it’s just generally easier to JUST BE NICE !!
Anyway, no matter how busy it gets, I always get my order CORRECTLY without any mistakes which is like unheard of at any other location I’ve ever been to. This is definitely my go to Dunkin’ Spot and I highly recommend this location to anybody who wants a hassle free experience and to recieve your order without any mistakes!!

My husband just purchased me a large Mocha Iced Latte – with the less ice option (on 3/15 somewhere between 5:30pm and 6:00pm), and what I received was a cup FULL OF ICE, with very little coffee and milk!!!!! WTH?????
