Staff were nice and helpful with ordering. I had the double 1/4 lb’er w/cheese, onion rings and lg. blk. raspberry shake. Burger was delicious and juicy, rings were good, quantity seemed small, and the shake was tastey. I give them 8.5 out of 10.

Went today and there were three pizzas and all of them had the same toppings. They were all cold. I asked if they were going to bring out anything else and they said they would in 15 minutes. This place use to be a cherished favorite. Hope it was a one bad experience

To begin with, the service at the ordering counter was rude. One cashier ignored us and the other took the order of the guy behind us in line. It was slow. Not given a dish to start the salad bar until I asked for one.Salad bar: the lettuce had to be sitting in that bowl since lunch time! Wilted, limp, room temperature, not crispy or cold at all. I could taste the preservatives on the lettuce. As for the salad offerings, the only thing that was good and chilled was the cottage cheese. I had just been put on the bar. While it is an all you can eat or at least second serving salad bar, I couldnt even finish my first plate it was so bad.
The line developed after we were finally served.Nine people. We watched 3 couples leave without ordering at various times as well as one man. That’s 7/9 who left to take their business elsewhere.
It a darn shame. Bob Shanks, founder, owner, is a great community member and business man. People come to Haps because of Bob Shanks name and to buy local, not the food or the service. Soon that will deter business too.

Happy Burger is a Logansport favorite. This Mom and Pop restaurant has a vast menu including but not limited to burgers, chicken, pizza and hot dogs. The prices are incredibly good and the people are extremely friendly. I had the pizza buffet which included salad today. Overall a great pick for a fast food lunch.

Been eating at Haps since I was a wee little lad, food is always awesome and the customer service is great too! Great place to take the kids, they can sit in the little trolley while they eat and watch the train go around the track above the dining room.

Ordered a double cheeseburger on 08/18 and received a single cheeseburger. When I called them to advised they messed up my burger, they were closed. I called the other location down the street which has the same owner and they couldn’t even fix my burger. They told me I would have to wait until Monday 08/20. I will be leaving today so not sure how they will he able to fix the issue. Honestly if you want extremely small portions and burgers that tastes like grill cheese and no meat, this is the burger place for you. I spoke to Tammy at the other location who needs to learn customer service.
