Placed an order ahead of time for 4:45, went and checked my order at 4:44 and it was finally placed in the oven a minute before the time for it to be ready. Then I get there at 5:00 when the order was finally ready to pick up and I’m sitting at the window waiting for them to tend to me, no one in the lobby and they keep walking back and forth. Then finally one of the workers comes up to the window, looks at me then walks off. The only car in line, no one in the lobby. After 14 minutes of waiting I just pull off, park and walk inside. Now they’re at the drive through for assisting someone who just pulled into the drive thru, and waited then they finally gave me what I ordered at 5:16 that was to be ready by 4:45. 31 minutes after the time it should’ve been ready. Horrible service

Music was so loud in the place when we pulled up to the window to order. They could not hear us trying to order and would not turn it down. Looked like only one person was working. No pizza ready. Made me drive around the building 3 times. Till pizza was ready

When they first opened the service seemed like they tried harder. I placed an order ahead of time the other night, pick it up when tracking said it would be ready, I go to the window and like 4 younger people look right at me and ignore me. I sat there like 10 minutes and finally knock. I let them know I had an order already paid for, she got it and handed it to me and closed window never apologizing for the delay or for ignoring me. The pizza was cold and hard as can be. In past, during day the service was good. Unfortunately, I’m afraid good service is a thing of the past without proper training.
Update: 9-23-25:
Came through drive-thru today. After about 3 minutes, young girl opens the door and just looks at me, no greeting or anything. I tell her I wanted one of the hot & ready pizzas. She says,”We don’t have those.” No suggestive sell or anything after.
Then, I try to order a single topping pizza and told her I’d wait. She said it would be $10 some dollars. I know the website sells cheaper pizzas, so I declined, parked and ordered on the app and waited 20 some minutes. The pizza was good, but what’s the point in not having hot & ready anymore. Every time I’ve gone here before it’s a bunch of kids that don’t seem to know what they’re doing. There needs to be some better training and a responsible manager to supervise the place. It’s very frustrating to customers!!

The hot & ready pizzas are Never made never then you wait for pizza that is burned when you express your disappointment they have no reaction because they don’t care. The staff seems to have no customer service experience and if there is management they could care less. Horrible place in more ways than one.

We go here to get pizza quite often cause the food is good however the service is ridiculous. Little Caesars’ motto is Hot and Ready and we wait at least 30 minutes every time for the pizzas that are supposed to be done. Yesterday just really made me mad when they told me it would be 20 – 25 minutes and we waited well over 30 and they still didn’t have all of our stuff together. We left without some of our sauces not that that’s super huge but it tells them on the print out and we have told them 3 times. Great food but needs wayyy better management!

Why does management allow a bunch of kids to run their restaurant? Can’t figure it out. We called for 15-20 minutes and got no answer bc it said it was busy. I go down there and the young girl says she’s sorry bc the phone got left on another line. Terrible way to run a business. There isn’t no telling how many calls they missed or money they missed out on. Management should be held accountable for the terrible decision to hire a bunch of kids that don’t do their job. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Probably the fifth or sixth at least. Id like to speak with a regional manager and figure out what’s going on with this store. Ordering from here is a nightmare.

The worker is trash she hung up on me when I asked why we was waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. NOW SHE IS WALKING AROUND ON THE PHONE AND SHE HAS 2 MINORS IN THE STORE WITH HER WHilE SHE IS WORKING. SHE JUST TOLD THEM TO GO TO THE JEEP WITH THE BABY SMDH WHY IS THE BABY IN THE JEEP BY ITS SELF????? THEY HAVE NO NAME TAGS OR ANYTHING.

I want this business to be legitimate; but they can’t seem to pull it together. Their app wasn’t allowing any delivery options tonight as well as the night before. I tried door dash but an item that costs $6 suddenly became over $15 BEFORE tip. I ended up having to drive there myself. I was given a code that of corse didn’t work when I arrived. The employees were all in the back ignoring the front door bell; as to be expected. I simply don’t understand how this is so hard? Just hire a decent manager at a modern price… It’s no one’s fault that you keep getting 1 star reviews when you refuse to hire a legitimate staff at a reasonable price. For god sakes every order makes you more than a single hour of a decent employee. You’re only fooling yourselves by thinking this will work without having a properly trained staff.
