Walked in at 6:45 pm. When I walked in the person behind the counter looked very upset, walked over the the door and turned off the open sign. Meanwhile.. Google says they are open until 9pm. She just seemed very angry that I walked in. During the process of making my order she was slamming the oven door and very angrily putting the food together.. not very welcoming. Food was great just wish she was just a little nicer

Ordered four items through their website at 4:30pm to be picked up at 6:30. Upon arriving at 6:30 my order not ready. When I inquired about my food the employee said they were in the process of making it at that moment because they had fallen behind due to a mad rush moments before. As I waited for my items another customer came in and ordered several sandwiches themselves. They began using foul language in an attempt to make the employee move faster. The employee responded with crude language and rushed through my order to get to theirs.
When I got home I opened my wrap and saw this. My wrap was no where near uniform and they literally threw it together. I paid as much for this wrap as a regular foot long, and it had less food inside than a six inch. Usually I am unable to finish my wrap in one sitting, but that was not the case tonight.
My other sandwiches looked rushed barely had any substance to them.
What happened to quality customer service? It must have left on the bus.

Fourth time in a row that I went in and the employees seemed absolutely miserable and rude not only to us but to other costumers the costumer before us was so upset about her experience she sarcastically yelled have a good night as she walked out the door. Never a good experience why is it so miserable to work there?

Say they open at 8:00AM. Online and at the door. 8:17AM lights off doors locked. Workers sitting in their car outside the building. Don’t come here if you got morning munchies.

The Doritos nachos is not worth the money at all. They use one small bag of Doritos and that’d it for chips you can only get what comes on it.

I went to this subway on a Friday at 4:45 pm, because I received a coupon in the mail. The first thing I saw when I walked up to the counter was they don’t except any coupons. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. In fact there was nobody in line or did anybody come in the whole time I was their. It’s been awhile, like a few years since I’ve returned to a Subway because their prices have shot through the roof. The pregnant girl with glasses that waited on me frankly was very rude and kept rushing me the whole time I was their. No, it was not a pleasant experience what so ever and I don’t recommend going here. I’ll never return to this location because of the terrible and rude service. And for the lunch meat trio sandwich to be over $10, is a little ridiculous.
