Went there 6 Sept 2025 (Pearl Ridge), and the lady said they where closed even though it says they closed at 8PM. I asked what time they close she said 740 PM…lol! She made up her own hours. She even left 5 min early

I used to eat here before the pandemic, and I had their chicken and egg bowl that I’ve ALWAYS had a hankering for.
Let me tell you; it was just as good as I remember it being!! The chef was quick and my bowl was ready in less than 5 minutes. Chicken and shiitake goes so good with egg. Fluffy rice. Extra sauce on top of the rice. Perfect. If I am in the area, I will be coming back for this!!

Was given day-old sushi as the rice was hard. Korean worker wrapped fresh rice over the stale rice so I didn’t find out about it until I brought it home to eat. HORRIBLE!!

I have been eating here regularly for almost 12 years, never have any problem. I think there’s a new lady named Nexchme (or something similar) had an attitude towards customers. I already said “excuses me can I have a plate?” And she corrected me with a “please”. After that she was mocking me something else with an attitude on her face.

At first it was not so bad. I ordered the chicken and shrimp yakisoba spicy. However, the cook was on his phone when I was ordering. Then I saw him grab some shrimp and pour it on the grill and start cooking. When I paid, I gave her my card and she proceeded to swipe my card. Then she asked me what vegetables I wanted (without washing her hands), and put my vegetables from the bowl onto the grill. When they called my order, I went to grab my food and when I went back to my table, saw that it was wrong it was the veggies i wanted with chicken and shrimp with rice. Then i took it back and told her I think my order is wrong. It was supposed to be chicken and shrimp yakisoba. She took the plate, poured my veggies and chicken and shrimp back on the grill and the cook proceeded to grab yakisoba noodles and cook it. But then it was not spicy. I was already upset that my order was wrong, now for another time. I asked for a manager and the person who took my order was the supervisor on duty and all she said was I’m sorry. I asked for a refund because I was not eating the food that they messed up on. The owners number and their names. When I called him another worker came in with extremely long hair in a ponytail and she started working with the food in the front. They is unsanitary and disgusting. I would hope that the owner surely changed what goes on when he is now around.
