The bread is OK,… too big actually, most pieces of bread are pretty big and make you feel full fast!! My advice is to make the bread a little smaller or normal size and focus on flavor… or maybe the toppings are good but since it’s too much bread, you can enjoy the flavor as much. Other than that it’s good.

Whenever I visit my family in El Paso, I always come to this bakery and fill up with delicious goodies. This is absolutely the best bakery I have been to. The doughnuts are enormous! And they are so gooey and soft. I love the chocolate ones filled with custard. It’s fun to watch the bakery make fresh bread out of the stone oven in the back. I highly recommend you try this place out.
Oh and another great thing about this place is the price. We got 10 pastries for a total of maybe $12! That is unheard of where I live in Washington DC. I often have to pay $10 for a tiny dessert there. I will probably have my Mom FedEx me some desserts.

The best bakery and bread I have had in years located in Canuto. Across the street from Lupitas Tamales. If you want that Mexican(Juarez) taste of sweet bread, this is the place.
AMAZING good. Tasty, soft and the taste of Vanilla that many sweet breads here in the US don’t have.
Customer service was exceptionally welcoming. Cashiers and bakers all welcomed me as I opened the door.
Clean and smelly deliciousness place.
Inexpensive and the pieces are huge. More than a hand full as they should be.

This bakery had so much to offer. It had a little bit of everything. We left with come conchas, pan dulce, bizcocitos, orejas, and others…

Some of the best pan dulce and pan blanco in El Paso!! Lucky to have em here in Canutillo. The fresh pan blanco, paired with some bomb menudo from Lupitas Tamales is a must on Sundays. The pan dulce is delish, and a treat for after breakfast. The donuts are some of the best around!!!

Grabbed 2 conchas and they’re usually delicious but both of these tasted old and crunchy. A pan dulce shouldn’t be crunchy, but both conchas were not soft. Disappointed.

I had read an article naming this bakery one of the top in the area…or maybe people had suggested it under the actual article but YUCK!! I’m SOOOO disappointed. I think they burnt whatever oil they used or they recycled the manteca they use for the other food cuz all the donuts tasted like burnt manteca. 13 bucks for 8 pieces so about a buck and a half a piece (of garbage). I don’t know if it was the batch, but I’ll never go again. If you decide to try it…make sure you try one donut before you buy everyone a piece. Trash money. The pink cookies were good, probably cuz they were baked, but yeah.
