Ok, so here we go. I Ordered 4 pizza’s on the January 20th. All 4 were messed up. A 75$ order. So let’s begin. First they sent door dash, which I had no clue was how they now deliver despite ordering through their website. 17$ for delivery. When the food arrived we immediately noticed what was wrong, 2 of the 4 pizza’s had no sauce and tasted slightly off, the other 2 pizza’s were missing toppings, one being a half and half and the other just missing a single topping. I had tried to out reach to them as the order was wrong. Only to find out there is no way of contacting the store. I spent nearly an hour calling to correct the problem. I was sent through numerous different phone numbers and emails etc. ( why didn’t I go up and complain ) I just had a medical procedure done and was unable to walk.
I have 4 kids who all refused to eat the food as it didn’t taste right ( my one son has sensory issues ) and proceeded to contact corporate, they told me someone would contact me for a refund. It has been 11 days, nearly 2+ hours of phone calls and numerous emails later and the store has yet to contact me. I want my money back!!!! Turning an old dude into a Karen. I paid a crazy amount for food that my family wouldn’t even eat and the store cant even reach back out to apologize. I am not dropping this till it gets resolved. You know who I am as corporate has told me that they have notified you of the complaint numerous times. REFUND MY MONEY!! so I may go on my merry way.

I am utterly surprised at how bad service is. We ordered buffalo chicken pizza and there was no sauce on it.also ordered double order breadsticks, only got single. Tried calling and thats a joke. After an hour finally got through, girl was rude as could be, said it should have hot sauce on it. I said, I know but there’s none in it. Said we needed to call at 10:30 am next day to talk to Becca the manager. Went in the next day and surprising no Becca who wouldn’t even call her employees back. Finally got a refund but they are incredibly rude, the food is awful and they dont care. Will never order from here again!

Ordered 2 pan pizza and what I got in return was nothing like anything I’ve ever seen in the menu. The pizza looked like complete garbage aside from the taste of it. We couldn’t even eat it was that bad a store bought frozen pizza would have been better. Called the store to see if they could remake and return messed up ones and they hung up on my wife. Contacted customer service online and they gave me the run around saying they would contact the store manager and have them contact me which never happened. We buy pizza once a week every week and pizza hut has lost my family’s Buisness for life after this we will only order from family Owned small shops that take care of their customers and provide way better quality pies

This place used to be pretty good, but lately there’s this girl that works there and she gives heavy attitude to her co workers and to customers. I watched her be mean to a guy because he didn’t want his pizza cut, and when it got cut anyways and he questioned if she gave him a bunch of attitude. The food has also been suffering lately

This store doesn’t even deserve a one star for service. They never answer the phone. Told them I did not recieve my delivery and they put me on hold and never came back on the line. Even corporate customer service is a joke along with the message they play about caring about their work. They fail to realize its because of customers that they have a job and get paychecks. The lack of accountability and responsibility is unacceptable.Then again, its thievery – they took my $44 bucks and I never received my order.

When we went to pick up the order, the guy at the counter literally greeted us by saying “yeah?” And after we told him our name he said “it’s coming” and walked away.. he was the only person there. We waited 45 minutes for our order to be finished and I get it if you’re busy, but when we got our order it was completely wrong. We just took it because at that point we weren’t waiting for another hour to get our food, but it was soooo poorly made that it ended up being inedible. The bbq chicken pizza was so drowned in bbq that I couldn’t even pick the slice up. I had to attempt to eat it with a fork and knife and I ended up realizing there was actually marinara sauce on the pizza and the guy just smothered it in bbq to try to cover that. We had originally ordered two of the new 6.99 personal pan boxes and he obviously had no idea what that was because it wasn’t what we received and we were missing one of the sides

I can not comment on the food because I was not able to reach anybody. I tried to order online and it showed half the menu was “out of stock.” I tried calling and was told the system is down and I would be transfered to the store. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and no one answered. I tried calling on two separate day’s and the same thing happened.

Pizza Hut in general has been on a decline for years, but it’s gotten to the point of just being a total waste of money. The quality is terrible, the prices are ever increasing, and it’s obvious no one cares. I deleted the app and anything associated with this garbage chain.

This used to be my absolute favorite pizza spot in the area and I hyped them up so much to my friends the one night and ordered a pizza that was honestly disgusting. All four of us barely finished a slice and the rest went in the trash. I don’t know what happened.

The Manager is da bomb.com! She is the most friendliest and accommodating person I’ve encountered at any restaurant, not to mention the pizza is FANTASTIC!
