I feel as if there was some sort of lapse of judgment, or if the employee whose name starts with an L decided no not acknowledge me at all but this really cemented me not coming back to this location. I am unable to stand for long periods of time and so after coming in, I sat in the booth close to the ordering area.
Another man walked in and so I stood up to show I was interested in ordering. The employee took the other guys order and when I interjected to say I was in line first and I can’t stand for a long time I was told “well you weren’t in line.”; the other guy was going to be late for something and both the employee disregarded me completely. I didn’t want to start anything with the other person or have a discussion so I left. Really really hope that was a lapse in judgment and not a micro aggression of a certain type.

We stopped in to place an order and asked if an app coupon could be used in-store. Before the employee could respond, the manager interrupted to say rather abruptly-that they do not honor them. When we mentioned we had used the same coupons in-store just a few weeks ago, the response was just as dismissive. Between the rude interactions and the manager’s hygiene in a food service setting, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Closest store to my employer, but I will need to start driving further for a sub. The owner does not allow coupons, so forget using the deals listed on the app. When requesting extra lettuce, you can almost see it on the sandwich, shocking as I’m sure it’s one of the least expensive toppings. I know this is not a fault of the employees, who are always kind and pleasant.
Was shocked to see two small dogs allowed into the dining area. They did not appear to be trained as support animal as they were jumping and wanting my attention.

It over all a good place for lunch the manger would ask how was like a real restaurant good for a fast food place but when I went to throw my wrapper away I noticed that the recycling was connected to the trash so that what made my review go down and at that point you should just make one place to throw away trash but over all was a good place nice and modern I recommend this place if your in this area and need something to eat
