I had a great experience. Bought a cake for my son’s 2nd Birthday and it turned out exactly how we wanted it! The process was easy, went in talked to Angela (one of them main decorators) about what we were wanting she then quoted us. She seemed very excited about making the cake which I knew at that point it was going to turn out great!

I ordered a custom gender reveal cake from out of state to be delivered to my family and they did such a lovely job! They were so responsive and had a very fast turn-around. Quite a hidden gem, definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby, great location, german bakery with tons of specialty items and the pie tarts are to die for. If you’re ever craving sweets, you definitely need to come and try it.

I paid $50 for a smash cake for my daughter’s first birthday and did not receive what I ordered whatsoever. I ordered a ruffle cake (pictured below) with pink and purple rather than rainbow. The second picture is what I received. So disappointed!! The cake we received was embarrassing to say the least… employees were all very nice but not so great at following instructions.
I showed a photo of the cake I wanted in store upon ordering and emailed a photo with instructions in TWICE after that… the cake was hideous but was also coated in a 4inch layer of icing. Frosting was also smashed on one side as pictured. The ONLY reason I left with this cake is because I had no other option at this point. Very disappointed and would not come back and certainly would not recommend.

This bakery deserves 5 stars. The only reason I gave it 4 was because it feels a little dark because of its location, but the owner can’t do anything about that. It is in the very corner basically in the stair-well, so it received no natural light.
On to the most important part, as a bakery, this place is great! Everything I have had from there, so far, has been top-notch. The cake is moist and flavorful. The cookies are soft. The cake decorating is incredible as well.
Small caveat, they do not do donuts, bread, or Pavlova. Having said that what they do make is delicious!

The cake that we pre-ordered didnt come out the way we wanted. It seemed rushed and the colors wasn’t what we asked for. This is the second time we tried and they did better but still messed up on it as well. So the harps in downtown rogers did way better and actually said everything back making sure it would perfect.

Amazing cake and experience at Bizzy B’s Bakery. We are in town visiting for the week and celebrating three birthdays and Bizzy B not only made the whole experience easy and stress free but the cake was over the top amazing. Moist, delicious chocolate cake with mousse filling, the icing tasted delicious, the rock candies were tasty and fun to eat, and the decorations turned out perfect. By far the easiest cake order I have ever made and so happy Bizzy B called me back after making my cake inquiry, making the whole process stress free. Thank you! Everytime we are in Bentonville I’ll be purchasing cakes and pastry from Buzzy B.
