I usually don’t review a place until I have eaten there at least three visits. Those are the usual rules. But I am not sure when I will be back again. The ingredients are fresh, and the customer service is excellent but too heavy-handed with the salt for my taste. Everything else was exceptional, but with respect, please let your ingredients shine through . I can see that you are picking great products, but the seasoning was on the edge of well seasoned and salty. Besides that, this was good but could have been great. You have the makings of an exceptional joint . I will be back as soon as I can to see if my feelings about this place are correct. Add some fresh cut fries and wow.

The Philly Steak was super good. I assume this is their main seller. My experience took a turn when I tried the “Chicken Philly”. I’ve never had Rotisserie chicken based chicken Philly. It was just Hot chicken salad on a bun. It was pure mayonnaise (a lot of it) and the chicken had no flavor in my opinion. It also had a few bones in it from whoever deboned it. The customer service was pretty good. She handled my order really well. A better Chicken Philly would have given them a 5 but it was very disappointing being a foodie and sold this substandard Chicken Philly after traveling 45 minutes to get here. I normally try multiple items at these restaurants to give a honest review so here you have it . Also, maybe add some fries to the menu? I went across the street to purchase fries from somewhere else. Changing your bread might benefit you too. Everything was fall out the bread. It seem as if it was a lot of meat but it’s the simple fact that the bread is not deep enough for Philly.

I’m not sure what the young man’s name was that made my sandwich,but i believe he was saying that the owner was his grand mother.

So I ordered a full cheesecake online and get ro the store only to see that they gave me a half… I question it and the one girl says we got the wrong order rolls but it’s the same amount of meat… I get home and see obviously it didn’t add up and not to mention the meat isn’t chopped up so I feel like I’m chewing a t bone steak.

I’m not sure what’s going on or if it’s the new girl but please don’t get lazy and complacent.

Philly Born and Raised so imagine how I feel about this.

Perfection. My goodness, this place is literally a “hole in the wall”. The tiniest restaurant I have ever been in. What they lack in size they make up for with their heart and soul, and you will taste that. Cooked to order with love and care. You may wait a minute, but it is so worth it. exceptional. P.S. You probably will be full on a half sandwich, but order the whole just for the amazing leftovers you will need to hide from your family.

Holly cow !!!! First off, I hardly ever leave a 5 star review because usually when I order deliver my food is never prepared the way I ordered it. This is my first time ordering from this establishment and I must say, I was impressed I ordered a whole Philly cheese steak with extra provolone, sauted onions, jalapenos and extra extra mushroom. I also asked for mayo on the sandwich. It was delivered hot and It was absolutely amazing, best sandwich I’ve ever had. I was only able to eat half of it because they are not stingy with the meat or extras. Very flavorful and delicious. This will be my go to sub shop from here on out.

Here’s my honest opinion it was OK enough. The steak used is different not what we are use to and we are from South Philly. My steak had a little too much pepper and my husband steak had the hot peppers and stuff but wasn’t chopped enough they were big. Asked for extra cheese and there was barely any cheese had to add cheese to it and ketchup. Again it was okay and edible but not something we would order again. But kudos on your effort
