Randomly bumped into this vegan restaurant and really glad we did! Great food and wide selection of menu which is very rare at vegan restaurants. We tried the hummus, fried cauliflower and a three cup tofu wok for the main course. Loved everything, amazing flavors. Left with heart and tummy full.

This is really great food. Vegan food needs more restaurants like this to show how great giving up meat can be. Vegans simply taste better. I had the general tso with cleveland tofu and it was wow so delicious. I also tried the potato salad, heavenly dill it was!! The staff is so friendly and the prices super reasonable. Cleveland veggie community you are blessed to have this restaurant near you. You want good food, go here today!

i’ve had Foodhisattva through takeout and i knew i had to dine in one day to taste everything fresh, and it did not disappoint. the menu is completely vegan, but i recommend this place even to non-vegans because the food is truly sublime. everything is made in-house, absolutely packed with flavor, and reasonable portion sizes. i got the Thai Tea (refreshing with a slightly smoky-savory finish), the KBBQ Tofu Wings (wonderfully crisp and cooked to perfection), and the Bangkok Tacos (the cauliflower bites are truly to die for when paired with the papaya slaw). the service is amazing. staff checked up on us often and were incredibly friendly. i highly recommend a reservation since the dining space is small, but it is very cozy. my friend and i dined near a larger party but i never felt that we were intruding on each other’s spaces. i highly, HIGHLY recommend everyone try Foodhisattva at least once. i will definitely be back 🙂

Foodhisattva has become one of my favorite spots in Cleveland. The food is consistently fresh, creative, and full of flavor — you can tell they put real care into every dish. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Even if you’re not vegan, this place will surprise you. We don’t make it to the East side as often we should, and I had forgotten how amazing this place is. Warmed up with a matcha latte, then had trumpet scallops and korean BBQ tofu. Main entree was ramen. Everything was spectacular, and I can’t wait to go back for a third time. Service was exceptional.

So glad to have a vegan spot that’s close. Food was excellent and Thai tea was very refreshing.
What took me by surprise was the blueberry cake. That was the best cake I’ve ever had in my life, and if I get the chance I might just buy the whole thing next time you guys make it.

Perfect every time. The sweet and sour seitan special was incredibly enjoyable. Great dessert too. Can’t say enough positive things.

The food was very good! I found all the sauce and even the vegan meat a bit too sweet and too salty but it was still very good. I liked the cauliflower taco the most. The place was super crammed. I felt like i was dining with the table next to me. The place is very small maybe better to just get takeout

I can’t say how much of a great experience this was! Probably one of the most flavorful restaurants in the Cleveland area within a reasonable price range. And though it is a vegan spot, they really have delicious entrees for any palate. We had hot ginger teas, the bbq wings, fire ramen, and the beet burger all for $40. Everything was so so delicious, the portions were perfect and I walked away full and happy. The owners were also super friendly while the staff was helpful and attentive.
