Chicken sandwich was shoe leather tough, cold and disgusting. Had to wait at the window even though there were no customers inside or out. Just a bad experience altogether. Popeyes down the Rd a few miles is worth the drive.

I haven’t left a review of a restaurant in years. But after dealing with this health hazard i had to do this. Ordered a famous bowl. Normally very good and very hot. The mashed potatoes were hot, but the chicken was clearly room temp at best. I was starving so I ate a few mouthfuls. Trying to convince myself it was ok. Within hours it became apparent it was not ok. Will be following up with another phone call to corporate and a call to the health department…

Horrible customer service and experience at this location. Placed my order and paid, then was told to wait on the side. After waiting, they came back and said they didn’t even have what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they said they “don’t do that” and gave me attitude — as if they were doing me a favor instead of fixing their mistake.
Save your money and your time. Don’t stop here. KFC needs to work better on who they hire, experience and customer service needs to be their topic priority.

We we have to went on through the drive through and ordered two 5 piece chicken tender meals. All the tenders were not at all tender. Meat was dry and breading was as really hard and crunchy. Biscuit was good fries were so-so. Employees were nice.

I would never recommend anyone to even think of this place. The staff is the slowest and most disrespectful staff in all of food service. My work is right next to them. Every time I go in I’m waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for 1 famous bowl (mashed potatoes, gravy, cheese and 5 nuggets) while they stand there doing nothing. When you call them out on them doing nothing they sit there and talk shit you like it’s your fault that they’re not working.

I’m not one to complain but I feel like I need to on behalf of the one employee staffed here tonight. After going through the drivethru, I waited a half hour for a 5 piece meal and I was the first car in about a 7 person line. I eventually went inside, to find one employee busting his butt off (he was very nice and apologetic) and he was just finishing up my order. He said he was waiting on the chicken to cook. I will say that my husband said his chicken was really good – but he literally didn’t even believe I was at kfc waiting the whole time. He was lowkey convinced I was being shady!! I had to prove to him that it truly took THAT long to get our food lol. Please help this poor employee out and staff your restaurant accordingly. That’s too much for one person to be running the drivethru, cooking, and running orders out.

I originally had a very bad experience where they accidentally gave me the wrong order. I called and she thought I’d be calling as someone else got my food. The manager took my name and I said I’ll be back in sometime. Today was sometime. The manager in duty made it all better and the order was correct!!

Believe the reviews. Even the one person that put five stars had an issue. I waited 25 minutes for a 12 piece original meal. It would have been longer but I got out the car to go in and find out why my 20 minute wait had turned into a 25 minute wait. The girl who took my order had forgotten all about it. They made the order all to find out they gave me extra crispy. Went back and was told there is no more original I. The building. I then asked for fresh food since it had been an hour and the chicken they gave me had all of the breading off and looked old. The manager Amir then said they were only making 16 more pieces of chicken for the rest of the night. Ok well shouldn’t 12 of those be mine???? The girl was at first abrasive and then I said to her there was no need to be rude I advised I understand a mistake was made and although furious I am being polite and just wanted the situation fixed. I asked her to stop acting like nothing is wrong. She then apologized and said you’re right, I told him original and she also agreed that the chicken I was given looked horrible. At first she was just covering. The manager Amir refused to give me his managers information. Needless to say I did make a corporate complaint. Trust me go up the road to Popeyes, the employees are friendly the food is fresh and they correct mistakes without making you feel like it’s your fault and they don’t care. I can see why Popeyes always has a line and this kfc location ever does .

I pulled up an asked a question about swapping tenders for regular chicken and was greeted with an attitude they really didn’t want me there. I ordered some tenders and sandwiches for my family for dinner still, but it seemed like I just annoyed the girl employee because she had to get off her phone. The food was absolutely terrible no effort at all tasted horrible all under cooked or over cooked no in between. I will never go back to this KFC.

Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed if he saw all of this from heaven! Can’t believe it’s raw chicken! When we got home, we even had to bake it again in the oven. It’s so shocking. Everything was fine when they just opened, but it’s been getting worse! Plus, I ordered half an hour in advance, but they only started cooking when we got to the restaurant. We waited for twenty minutes. Don’t go there!
