Delicious vegan food for those trying to avoid all the meat centralized places to eat. Welcoming staff and beautiful bar atmosphere makes you feel like you are eating at a tavern from the middle ages.
I had the vegan mac & cheese and a potato croquette.

One of the best stops in town. The daytime shares a chill atmosphere with great food and beverages. The night life is poppin with live music and Black Lable brewery action. Well worth the time and energy.

Peace Pie is gone and my heart is broken.
That said, I do love the vibes of this spot. It’s very comfortable and open.
Also, I think the Google listing is confused. Saranac Commons is like an indoor vendor mall, but with permanent businesses. There is no business called ‘Saranac Commons’ and therefore there is no price range, food, service, etc. that can be appropriately applied to the space as a whole.

Peace pie at Saranac Commons is a great place to get a pizza. The crust is excellent and the toppings are fresh. The specials are, to say the least, creative. But also really, really. Put in your order, grab a table and then go across the aisle to Black Label Brewing for a beer. Service is excellent, even on a busy Friday night. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be back.

We waited over an hour and 10 minutes for our order and the food came out cold. I asked why it took so long and our server said it was due to the truffle fries and they got hit all at once. We were sat before all of the tables around us and they ate and left before our food was served.

Multiple businesses in a common space. Pizza, coffee, brewery.
I recommend the strawberry jammy jam brew. ☺️ Owner of Black Label brewing company is super nice and helpful. I don’t usually drink beer but he let me try a few before finding one I liked. Plus he gave me a sticker! Who doesn’t love a free sticker?

Came hoping to grab some pizza, but that didn’t work out. Peace pie only had stale slices out at the time so we went with a brew from Black Label instead. Their Winter Warmer Ale was something else! The espresso stout was decent l, but I’d recommend the Warmer! We came in at 5 or so, the only shops open were the brewery and Peace Pie, I’ll have to come back earlier. Great spot, good vibes, solid beer.

The cinnamon rolls at Boots were excellent! The coffee at Beaker and Burr was delicious.

This is a good spot to hang out for the afternoon or if you need something quick. The hours of the businesses are very consistent. Boots has been a welcome change to the ever rotating restaurants that have been there in the past that opened when they felt like it. Hatch Coffee has good service but the drip coffee is VERY strong. Cheap refills. Wish Black Label had a small wine selection, but most breweries don’t. Peace Pie has nice big sandwiches on fresh bread, and the salads are also very good. They sell pizza by the slice and all their prices are very reasonable. Service is dicey, even on a good day. Sandwiches are so big it’s 2 meals for me, and they’re only $13. When you catch a fresh pie coming out the pizza is excellent. $5 slices on Tues.
