This location was amazing! I ordered 200 wings the chicken was cooked very good flavors were amazing! Thanks to Zaira very helpful and sweet helped me with all the questions I had with the flavors and will be ordering again soon! Restaurant was very clean also!

This was by far the worst order we have gotten from this location after many years. 2 of 3 flavors of wings were cold as were the fries. We also ordered our fries well done, and they were barely cooked for a regular order. I think you need to return to preparing orders as they come in instead of trying to get orders out faster. I would rather wait 15 to 20 minutes for hot, fresh food than to get it faster and be very disappointed!

The manager was very courteous and answered all the questions I had when I was deciding on the menu. I actually sat down for my meal at the restaurant and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The store was clean and there was ample seating available indoors and a couple of tables outdoors. The food was nice, served warm and fresh. Looking forward to coming back to this location

I had been craving wings for 2 weeks so I was so excited for this meal. I didn’t know where to go since the goated Wings21 in Roanoke closed, so I’m trying to find another venue.
Service: The people working the front counter were pretty nice.
Price: We spent a bit over $30 on wings with a side of fries for two people.
Now, for the food:

When we received our order, we were stumped. Where’s all the wing sauce?? Is that something we now have to order separately?? I’m used to a messy love affair with wings dripping in sauce, so when we saw this, it was pure confusion and disappointment. I just couldn’t justify spending another $10 or more to bring the total to almost $50 in hope of acquiring the amount of sauce that should have already been on the wings. So, we were left to choke on virtually dry wings instead.
∆ Fries
They gave a good amount of hot, nicely seasoned fries for the large size but they were noodle soft. Personally, I’m a fan of crispy fries, but if you like soft ones, you’ll probably really like these.

Will never go to Wing Stop Flower Mound again. Arrived to pick up my order for the Super Bowl– which I made days ago. I was met at the door and in a very dismissive and snooty tone told that my order was not ready because of a sprinkler issue. No apology. No email notifying me that it would not be ready. Going to get wings somewhere else from now on.

My daughter and I were craving some wings after a good soccer game. Of course of all places we had to go to Wing Stop. The wings are nice decent size and they’re always fresh cooked to order. We had the family portion with four different variety of flavors (mango habanero, Louisiana rub, lemon peppers, and naked wings), a large side of fries and a decent tray of veggies. I ordered them well done so they can be extra crispy. we devour every bit of it, yummy yummy.

This is my go-to wing place. The staff is friendly, the food is consistent. I prefer dining in rather than taking out, but the quality is the same either way. My food is always hot and they always get my order right, whether I walk in and order, call, order online, or use the mobile app. Their estimate pick up times can sometimes be off, with my food being ready earlier than the time they told me (but it’s better than them taking more time than they told me). Also a great place to cater from during game season!
