Awful experience and then got home with raw pizza, threw my entire order away, hard crispy bread sticks that crumbled into bread crumbs, raw dough in my pizza and sauce thrown all over the box.

Went in after already placing an order and couldn’t scan code so had to wait on someone to assist me. Cashier greeted people behind me instead of tending to me. Then the Italian cheese bread wasn’t even made right. no seasoning and no garlic butter. Never have I ever went to A little ceasers and they dont make the simplest thing right.

It looks like they erased my review earlier today I walked in and tried to order a lunch combo with extra items which I will be happy to pay for the person who was taking my order told me that they cannot do that I should take what’s inside the oven I pay for my meals. They do not tell me what I need to eat. This is ridiculous. they lost my business.

I was on the way home at about 1230am on Saturday and I decided to stop for a pizza and seen they were open till 1am so I try to place the order online it doesn’t let me so I call to order ahead of time and I was on hold for 10 minutes while I’m on the way to the store. I get there at 12:41 and they tell me they’re not taking orders only online and I let her know it wouldn’t let me and I been waiting on hold! Mind you the guy and girl and that were there were just sitting down doing absolutely nothing I’m sorry but if you’re not going to make pizzas after a certain don’t advertise being open late!

After having a less than acceptable experience at another location, I called this store to see if they could make the pizza that I was after. After asking multiple times if they had the ingredients to make the pizza, ( the previous location did not), they put me on hold and asked me to wait for someone who could help me with my issue. A little over 20 later, when I walked in the door the store was empty and clearly they were not very busy. I asked for a manager, but it was a bit of a useless gesture as she did not speak english and needed the cashier to translate for her. I showed her my phone and asked why I was still on hold. She tried to claim that I must have called the wrong number. I hung up, the phone showed her the number and asked if it was their number which they admitted that it was. After about 10 minutes of trying to get her to understand what I wanted. They finally stated that yes, they could make the pizza and took my order. This entire incident, at both locations, is very unacceptable. Edit: This my 3rd time getting the Ultimate Cheesesteak pizza. Compared to the first 2 times, this pizza looks sad and pathetic.

5 for being consistently slow and unorganized. 45 min order is the norm, not the exception. Even if it’s a busy time of day, 45 min is unacceptable. Luckily, Marcos is down the street.
Update: ordered Marcos while sitting in little Caesar parking lot, drove 5 min down the street and sat in the car 5 min to wait and was ready when I walked in. I happily tripled my order on the spot.

The problem with everyone is they’re trying to order by phone Never! do that. Go up there and place your order then you’ll have more success. It might take a little bit, but you can make corrections if you’re not satisfied. I don’t have many problems as other people. Good luck!
