Ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks for delivery and only received one pizza and the cheese sticks and when I called to let them know they were very rude about it and said they would send out another pizza. Well when the new pizza got to me it wasn’t cooked all the way and wasn’t cut through all the way!! By far the worst experience I’ve had with them!!

Ordered a dinner box and received a medium pizza instead of the rectangle pan. When I called because of the mistake the manager on the phone claimed someone had already told me about it when they had not at all because I ordered on the app. They are refusing to replace the order they messed up. I want to talk to the owner or corporate because they need to give me what I paid for not what they decided on the fly should replace it without the customers approval. The manager was also very rude and hung up on me mid call.

I asked them to write a positive message on the box because I’m having a bad Monday and they used my favorite quote from my favorite movie so I think that’s really cool and clearly the employee who did that has great taste. Speaking of taste, this BBQ chicken pizza is delicious definitely made my Monday better

The food here is great, no complaints about that. However, delivery needs addressed in a bad way. Our order didn’t take too long to get here, that’s not the problem. The problem is when our food got here, it was smashed to smithereens!! There was wing sauce spilling out of the sides from the top being smashed in. You can’t really tell from the photo but, the 2 boxes of garlic knots were also smashed on top. Plus, he forgot the credit card slip I was supposed to sign. The delivery drivers shouldn’t put things such as, let’s say 2 liters from the look of our containers, on top of the food, and should always have the credit card slip with the order. I’m not happy with the service I received today.

I specifically asked for the cup of garlic sauce that goes on the wings to be on the side. I said it two times to verify that the person heard me. Still, I get the wrong garlic sauce and it was handed to me by the person that took the order. How hard is it to remember three items? Pizza. Wings. Sauce on side. Not that hard.

I don’t understand how my pizza is a half an hour late and burnt so much that the pizza sauce is gone. How can you send this out and think it’s okay .? I’ve never had a problem from this restaurant before but this time is an utter fail.

I had a terrible experience at Pizza Hut. The food was far from fresh, the cheese in the stuffed crust was completely baked out, and to top it off, the employee was incredibly rude. Definitely not worth the visit.
