First time to eat here I tried the 999 medium unlimited toppings I got to tell you the sausage black olive onion extra cheese It was loaded with toppings looked beautiful cooked perfectly! The young man working at the window was very professional and nice. When we pulled up yesterday, the one who came to the window recognized our car and my husband and made a comment affirming such before my husband could even get a word out.
Despite the employee knowing us and our complicated order, it was still partially wrong.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not only was our delivery driver extremely rude, our food is cold and soggy, and the pizza box was smashed in. we received our pizza over an hour and a half after our order was placed. And when I asked our driver why it took so long because we’re 4 minutes away from the store, she immediately got defensive and snarky. Over all I am very DISAPPOINTED. And definitely will NOT be ordering from this location again, Save your money and your time, these people do not care about good service.

I picked up my free emergency pizza at 38th & sheridan today at 2pm and i didnt catch his name but i gotta give him props on the pizza it was one of the better pizzas ive ever received from dominos. The dough was perfectly tossed and ham and pineapple were evenly spread and that was a free one. I use to manage a dominos in 2011-2012 on 71st sheridan so i would know. And it was already ready in ten minutes when i got there. That guy deserves a raise!

Wanted extra cheese on my pizza. I can see the ranch dressing so that’s messed up, and what the heck happened to the tiny chicken bites. The stuffed bread was cut so bad it was like 4 big pieces but ain’t get a picture. I already have a credit with them because forgetting toppings I pay for seems to be a trend here. Miss my old dominoes on 61st and lewis. That one was fast and I hardly ever complained. Ridiculous.

I’m very disappointed with the service. On my last order, they didn’t deliver the BBQ wings I ordered and paid for. I called to have the problem resolved and never received a response or a refund. Very poor customer service. I expected more seriousness and commitment from Domino’s.
