Love their food! Today I received a door dash and my food was great but my tea had black specs inside my cup and black stuff on the bottom of my cup. If the black specs were from the tea that’s absolutely fine, but the only other thing is it was on the bottom too. The restaurant should have a better way of securing the lid with tape or something so you know if your item was opened or not because now I don’t know if the item was opened by someone else unfortunately I didn’t notice until a couple sips so hopefully it’s nothing but ended up throwing away the whole drink! The pictures aren’t the best but there were a lot more black specs than just one!

Very cute little shop! I love that the entire place has a very cohesive theme going on. I also highly appreciate how spacious the entire store is, it has a very inviting atmosphere! There is plenty of seating available to accommodate groups of people as well as solo individuals. The drinks, food and sweet treats are all so amazing as well! Came out very fast and fresh! Will definitely be visiting again!

Grilled pork Banh Mi was super yummy! Not a single piece of fat, bread was perfectly crispy, and veges were delicious! I also thought that price was super fair (cheaper than Jimmy John’s). Best one I’ve had in KC. Matcha bubble tea was delicious, perfect sweetness and tapioca was perfect texture. I came in within an hour of closing and staff was happy to take my order. I’ll be back tomorrow for another round!

Absolutely delicious pho and boba teas. They’re consistently delicious and very generous servings. Love to stop here and take a meal break when I’m in the area! Parking is usually available and they’re not too busy most of the time.

Great, low-key, authentic Vietnamese restaurant. My kids love their pho, and I love their pate cha lua banh mi! Wonderful and friendly service as well. Highly recommend!

It just was not a good experience for my first time and I do not recommend. There’s another location that I frequent down in the River market area that never disappoints. I will not return to this restaurant nor do I recommend. My sandwich had four small pieces of roasted pork belly and I will refuse to spend my money in a location like this with poor portions and decent service at best.

Glad to see another Banh Mi place. Inside is very Cafe style and is quite comforting. Menu is quite extensive, having mostly Vietnamese dishes as expected, but oddly also Korean Dogs, Cakes, and Ice cream. There were also pastries.
As with other reviews, I also noticed that the service was a bit slow, but I’ll give a pass this time because it was just the first week of opening.
The Banh Mi is chock full of meat and veggies. They also opted for Baguette as the bread, instead of the usual Banh mi bread, so it is a tad bit tougher.
The milk teas are also delicious. They have quite a selection.
