Sadly today was the first time I have ever walked into a teriyaki restaurant and back out again. We arrived around 4pm. Discarded food boxes sat around on tables with flies and it looked like no one did a post lunch cleanup. We had to look for a clean table even though we were the only customers. I walked to the counter and a man was sitting in the kitchen, watching TV. Leftover chopped cooked meat was sitting on a cutting board, with no one cooking and no customers. I glanced around the kitchen and front desk and saw such a dirty mess in both areas that I went back outside and checked the front entrance and saw the ‘okay’ rating. I walked back in, paused at the front desk, saw the man still watching TV with no attempt to check on customers, and walked out.
I have been to the Snoqualmie location numerous times and never noticed any concerns.

They were open late, good for us after a hike. I felt lucky to have found the place! My girlfriend thought the chicken was too seared, but I like the char broiled type of cooking they offer. Overall, it was a nice first time experience.

I have eaten here for years and years and years, sure its not the prettiest place in the world but my dad has moved to puyallup and makes me bring him beef teriyaki every time i see him. Never had better teriyaki (and ive gone to many others). Chicken katsu is fantastic as well. I will mourn the day when this place closes/changes owners.

This place should be shut down. It’s dirty and disgusting inside. Are you ever going to wash your windows? I should have just left but I gave it a chance and dined inside. I was served rusty old looking Lettuce and everything was served in a to go box and I had to use a plastic fork. Not even water was offered to me while I ate. Won’t be going back. And you all should stay away before you get food poisoning
